I love this pillow I have a hard time finding a pillow that I like this one was perfect would buy again would recommend.

Wish it came with a normal style pillowcase. But very comfortable!

The pillow is as the write up describes. Things to note…there is only a lite smell unlike with most memory foam products that have a strong odor, the cooling side does really feel cool to the touch (it caught me off guard when I rolled over and it felt cold) and it is adjustable! It took about 2 hours to fully “inflate” from the vacuum packing. If you are looking for a new cooling pillow give this one a try!

A little harder than I would like and not wicking. The shape is perfect for a side sleeper.

I have probably tried 15 pillows since last year, I have all kinds of neck and shoulder issues. While this pillow doesn’t exactly take all the pain away, it does allow me to actually sleep without waking up 20 times to re adjust my neck. I took a lot of the stuffing out which I think it the best part of the pillow. It’s custom! I am a side sleeper but I get headaches if I try and sleep in my back. Well not with this pillow. And it was a quarter of the price of a different one I tired with the exact same everything. Worth it!! I’d buy another one for sure.

As soon as I opened the sealed bad, this horrible smell flowed out burning my eyes. My car still reeks of the smell. When I dropped it off to be returned I was told that a number of people have complained about the unpleasant order. I can't say if it was comfortable or not because I just needed to get it out of my house as soon as possible.

I always wake up with a sore neck. I've tried many kinds of pillows. This one is the best one I've ever had. I had to remove half of the filling to get it just right. It comes with a generous extra supply of extra filling as it is. It's cool to the touch and very soft. I love it.

I almost didn't give this a very good review, as the odor was so strong and so bad when I received it that I was skeptical as to whether I would ever be able to use it. I decided to wait 2 weeks before reviewing it to see if the odor would fade.Thankfully, the odor faded significantly in that time. It still has a slight odor but I'm confident I'll be able to continue to air it out. I plan on hanging it on a clothes line outside for a few days during good weather to finish airing it out in the sunlight and fresh air.I tried it out for 2 nights and was pleased with the improved comfort over my old pillow. One problem when you roll over on your side is that your head kind of dips lower on the pillow. I regularly find myself having to readjust a pillow whenever I roll over, but of course you can only do this when awake. This side sleeper pillow is shaped to give you a lower padded area when you roll over to your side. No more adjustment when you're awake, and auto-correcting when you're asleep.The washable cover is very soft, both on the "cooling" side and the bamboo side. I found the amount of filling in the pillow as it arrived was sufficient for me, though they provided some extra fill if needed/desired. I don't see how this pillow is any more "cooling" than pillows I've used before, but perhaps I've done well at choosing quality pillow materials in the past. The memory foam seems to be working well in restoring its original shape after a full night's rest, though it's too early to tell whether that holds up over time.Aside from the initial strong odor, I'm pretty pleased with this pillow. It does concern me just a little that perhaps there is still out-gassing and it's an unknown whether those gasses are harmful, but they've diminished enough that I'm willing to give it a long-term test. I'll update this review if I experience any negative effects from using this pillow.
