Discover Kids - EZ Stich Toy Sewing Machine

I bought two for my nieces as a present. I thought the brand is Discovery kids which means they must be good quality. they opened them and were so excited to use them. One of the two broke 30 minutes later, she was heartbroken. I called the manufacturer and was faced with not very friendly or helpful service. They would not send a replacement without a receipt that was 60 days old or less. I buy my holiday presents early on in the year and don’t keep the receipts. They informed me that the I must pay a $15 fee if I don’t have the receipt. Which is redicouse. I could literally send them the defective machine in it’s original box, we didn’t even get to open up the accessories that came with it yet. They didn’t take responsibility for their defective product, which makes it the last time I buy their brand of toys.
