very easy to set up. Except the hub drops off and now after about 2 years they say the hub has problems on their end I can't get it to work and leaksmart won't help so I'm stuck buying a whole new system but not leaksmart

I ready like the design of the product. I did have a plumber to install the unit but it did look easy. It works great. The sensor detects water using a damped cloth. It can be used to shut the water supply automatically or manually. It will also send an alert to you. It is worth the price of the product. I only had a little trouble setting up the sensor but once I got through that it worked very well.

Recently had a Hot Water Heater fail and destroyed a large section of flooring. I installed this device and sensor in an area to alert me next time.Make sure and get professional installation.Update - had given this product a 5 star at the time of installation, fast forward and now the device gives "Sensor Offline" at least three times per day. I did go over to water heater and check system and have contacted support from the company - language errors, had me listed for the wrong device, sent me an open case email and then a closed case email within 20 minutes?If you have this unit and have gotten customer service and actually had a positive resolution, let me know - Please!

Product worked fairly well for two years. Hub stopped connecting. Tried to contact company and tech support won't respond to messages left. No one picks up. Someone emailed me back after i found a direct email and he kept saying someone will call and help, yet no response. I hate writing poor reviews and really liked this system, but they get a 0/10 for support. Not sure if the company is having issues, but hoping writing a review gets someone's attention.

You may need some help with phone support to understand the app and finish setup.

Very pleased with this product. Easy to set up. I had valve professionally installed. Very well engineered!

I am an integrator and I purchased leaksmart for a customer of mine and had it installed by a licensed plumber. There are three apps all tied to different versions of this device which was confusing. Tech support was very difficult to get in touch with, most of the time it went to voicemail and I didnt get any calls back. The range on the sensors is terrible roughly 15 feet in a straight line. I could open and close the valve remotely but the auto off never worked and I didnt get any notifications from the sensors. I removed this device as I can't get it to work or trust it at this point.

The valve arrived on time and was well packaged. Linking to wifi was easy and it works very well.

Bad product. Poor design. Breaks ofen.Must be one of the worst technical support I've ever experienced. You're lucky if you get them to respond, and then they'll promise to ship you replacement gear to get you off the phone, which of course they never do, and then impossible to get in touch with them again.Avoid this company & product.
