Very good it works great I had a new bird bath of stone and I guess cheap cement and the water leaked out in less than 24 hours so I rendered the inside with cement then two coats of this and great no leaks water stays in for days with a small amount of evaporation no water dripping from the trough now so it does work I washed the supplied brushes in thinners and they are reusable if not they go rock hard and become throw aways it seems a small tub but surprisingly it goes along way I’ve got plenty left for other tasks. Only fault I find is there’s a lot of what I would say is the sealant breaking down in the water like little balls of silicone in the water it may be breaking down when stood in water will have to keep an eye on it I don’t want to poison the birds in the bath.

This is a good product, but quite expensive for the quantity supplied at the price.

Unfortunately this did not work on what I wanted to repair. I liked how it was applied was easy to use.

We have some natural stone pillars which were starting to crumble. I looked around for a suitable solution to stabilise the surface and found this product.I applied two coats and it’s provided a smooth coating around the pillars and they are no longer dry and crumbling.Time will tell if this is a long term solution, however I’m very impressed with the result so far.The colour of the pillars has not changed.I also like the packaging with two brushes and gloves.The instructions don’t mention how to clean the brushes, but I used white spirit/ paint thinner and they cleaned up fine.

Used this to seal the outside of a poultry drinker. It peeled off. Reread the instructions and decided to follow the advice and ring the helpline. There is no contact number, no e-mail address and no website. Best advice I can give is leave this product well alone - it certainly does not do what it says on the tin!

Used this for my moms old water fountain which had some cracks in it and up to now it works needs dry weather to set properly really good product

The putty is easy to apply and dries quickly to the touch. I haven't tried to apply stain on the putty but it does take paint well , I used it to fill screw holes on a set of MDF shelves I constructed for out pantry and it worked as described and I will purchase again.

This product worked well on my old white painted wood kitchen cabinets to fill in nail holes, chips and dents. It was fairly easy to sand after it hardened. I have dark stained distressed wood columns that I will be using this product with if I can get the right color by mixing the stain with the putty.

I didn't have any projects to test this product on, but I do have a log from an Autumn Blaze Maple that has been the test block for several products.Image #1 and 2 show product penetration. Because of the viscosity of the product, which is less thick than other similar products, I was able to get 1/4-inch penetration on a 3/16-inch check (crack). This is pretty good but shows the product isn't a liquid that will simply fill the entire check (gap). You need to apply pressure forcing the material into the check and you will not get deep before force and resistance are equal.In image 3 and 4 I was testing material shrink as well as cover. For cover, the saw marks are similar to a dent. The material covered very flat. Still needs sanding but you aren't sanding peaks and valleys. The coverage is flat. In image 4 you can see the shrink. It is a very minor amount of shrink but if this were an actual project, a 2nd coat would be needed. In image 5 you can see sag. If you are filling a deep gap on a corner, you will most likely experience a little sag. Easy to sand out but again, you will need a 2nd coat to repair evenly.But that doesn't make this a bad kit. The price is great, the kit comes with the tools you need and while the material is less than perfect, it has far fewer problems than similar wood repair materials.Perfection is 5 stars. This is slightly less than perfect but still a great buy. 4 stars
