Popular food magazines and national newspapers agree: "Harissa is the New Sriracha". Now, usually you find harissa in a paste, which is great because you can use it like a hot sauce or condiment. However, Chef Z has created something uniquely special with our Collected Foods harissa powder. Now, what will you do with your harissa? Go to the store and get some flounder, catfish, or even tilapia. Throw a little dusting of harissa on it and sear it in the pan with a little butter. It's an instantly amazing gourmet meal. But here's some other ideas. Throw some dry harissa on vegetables. Simply roll them in olive oil, dust them with harissa, and roast them in the oven. Or, try it in your spaghetti sauce to get a new dimension. It's a little bit of mild heat, but a whole lot of flavor.
