I've been wearing these to bed for about a week now. With the heatwave going on, I'm glad I have something cool to sleep in.The fabric is very comfortable. Waking up with night sweats and not needing to change out of damp and clingy pajamas justified every penny spent on these!I'm petite and generally wear about a size 6P so I got a medium based off the size chart. The pajamas are roomy but they fit across the top and around the waist. The adjustable straps on the top helped get a good fit and I am glad that the slides don't bother me at all while I'm wearing it.I would rather have something with capri length legs over shorts, but I'm not running into any of the usual problems I have with sleeping in shorts. No bunching or twisting when I roll over.Washed twice so far and line dried. They take forever to dry (I've had to leave them on the drying rack a full day) which is the only negative thing I can say about this set.

SO impressed! I have pretty bad night sweats, have been suffering from them for 6 years plus. Not menopausal, my docs can't quite put their finger on it, but it does seem to be hormonal. I normally wake up freezing cold and just uncomfortable because I'm so wet, I have to dry myself off with a towel and have to move to the other side of the bed because the sheets are wet, too. I've been resorting to sleeping in my towelette dressing gown, which wasn't the most comfortable solution but better than the latter. I didn't think that these bamboo pajamas would really make much difference, but I had nothing to loose! I'm pretty stoked I bought them! They fit perfectly. I'm 5.4ft 120lbs and I ordered small. I noticed that a lot of people were saying that the shorts were too short and tight ... look at their height and weight, they should be ordering a size up!?! I think some people are just in denial of their true size. They are really soft. I still wake up once or twice during the night, but that's because I'm warm (yes, windows are open and I only have a thin sheet over me), I know I'm sweating but I can't notice it because the pj's absorb the sweat and amazingly don't get drenched! I'm not freezing cold when I wake up and don't have sweat trickling down my chest, inner thighs or back. Even though I'm warm, I'm still a lot cooler than I have been in the past. I'm glad that I also purchased these pj's with the long arms and pants version. Very flattering and don't look like pj's when you order delivery and have to open your front door!

I was hoping for a little more supportive top especially for walking around the family. I also wish these had pockets. I wanted to love this set more.

Helps you stay cool. They are super soft and comfortable. I have like 6 pairs. Definitely recommend. They are expensive but I feel the quality is worth it.

Love these. Have suffered hot flushes for a while now. Brilliant.One night I’d fallen asleep naked and awoke hot and flushed as usual...put on my pj’s and they cooled me down! Bought a second pair and also recommended to a friend who loves them too

Total waste of money. Didn't help in anyway. Might as well well much cheaper sorts and vest.

At first I was thrilled with these pajamas. They are light and breathable as described and very comfortable.However after one wear and one wash (by hand!), there is a hole in the seam at the crotch.That's the kind of quality I'd expect from a discount store, not from a product costing nearly £50 which makes great claims. Very disappointing and not much I can do about it as I don't expect this flaw to get better spontaneously, ergo the one star review, I'm afraid.
