My balls were supported the whole time. They fit the same as boxer briefs. So if you have those these will feel the same but the great thing is the ice pouch. If you’re able to get up the ice pack will stay in place. The nut cicles stay cold for about 45 mins but you get 2 and they freeze quick.

Bought these for my husband's vasectomy recovery. He said they were a life saver. The pocket for the ice packs made icing easier. The underwear themselves provided support and breathable material. Love that they can with 2 ice packs. Only thing I would change is buying a 2nd pair to have a backup when the first is being washed.

These were great for the few days he needed them for his recovery. He was able to walk around still icing and not have to hold an ice pack. Pretty clever. However, no pee hole so not practical for wearing weeks later.Overall, funny/practical gift to give but not 100% necessary to recovery.
