Cheaper than some other bands but quality doesn't suffer.
Good, solid band. I thought the black bands might be a bit light for upper body workouts but they work pretty fine. Don't be fooled by the fact that you can stretch them without breaking a sweat. As soon as the reps add up, you begin to feel the effort. I only wish they would offer accessories like clip-on handles and door anchors like they do with some the brands available in the US, since this would allow for more variations in the type of exercises you do.

Adds up to pull ups and related work outs. Exactly what you would look for.
Beginners will benefit, easy to use. But mind you it's not very durable, and snaps after a years use.

Pretty durable and good elasticity
This is my second set. The earlier one wore out and snapped after a little over a year's usage.Initially will feel stiff and tough to stretch but works its way into your workout. Best to avoid wrapping it on rough surfaces as that will cause faster wear on the rubber. For the hands, advisable to use a glove or any grip product as the stretching rubber can hurt the palms at times.Worth the price as the original pair lasted a long time compared to a couple of other brands. The workout is dependent on your imagination and space.Plan a replacement when you see telltale bulges on the band when stretched. That is when it's close to the end and will likely snap or tear.

Good
They are costly. Do not know why. But yes they are helpful for pull-ups

Best Equipment for Pull-Up/Chin-Up assistance
I received the band 2 days ago for helping me with pull-ups and other similar workouts.I must say that i'm not disappointed. The band does exactly what it says it will do.Really durable and a single band can easily handle 65-70kg of pressure. It maybe more but i wouldn't know. Now the difference between the different colored bands:BLACK- This band will give you the least support during your workouts and is mostly used by professionals for some extra support. So if you're a beginner and want to do pullups, then DO NOT buy this one.RED- This one (Heavy) is for those who do a decent amount of exercises everyday and a basically fit enough to do chin-ups and pull-ups.GREEN- This band is the absolute best choice for beginners who are just starting out. If you weigh around 60-70kg then only one GREEN band will be enough for you but if you're a little overweight say about 80-100kg then you're going to need 2 of them to support your weight.NOTE: These bands are not restricted to only Pullups or chinups. I gave my review on how i use it. You are free to use it in any way you prefer.Hopefully this will help you in choosing the right band as per your convenience!
