Worked for a short season, then started leaking
We used this for a partial season last summer. After carefully stored it all winter, we inflated it, but unfortunately, there is a leak in 1/3 of the trampoline. It is undetectable. I’ve spent $1000 trying to find it and am now planning to donate it. I am very upset with this company and the poor quality of this product. do not buy it

Plan Ahead When Putting in and Out
We LOVE this toy. It appears rugged and built to last. My review assumes you are buying, which I recommend.Current edition of instructions says there are 72 springs. You will get 96 springs. Don't panic. I called Island Hopper and they confirmed 72 was just a typo. Instructions are clear and concise, which is important to me. They give two methods for attaching the tramp assembly to the tube. Because of the combined sheer weight and bulk, I opted to inflate/launch the tube, then pass the trampoline assembly down onto it. That worked fine in calm water and no wind.I did all the assembly solo. It took about four hours. Get some beer and at least three rugged friends to help; this thing is a beast. (When it was delivered to our driveway on a pallet by a tractor trailer with a lift gate, I looked out the window and moaned, "Honey...what have you done???") Our shoreline is a vegetated pile of boulders and earth, with a 6 ft drop to the water. That was a challenge. Moreover, we have no flat area on our shore, so it was equally challenging both in the assembly and put-in. I used boards, logs and other items to prop and shim during assembly. I also laid about an acre of cardboard from the shipping cartons to protect against sticks and rocks. Ideally you have a nice beach or lawn without undulations or trees. In autumn I will detach the trampoline assembly and store it on our shorefront wrapped in a tarp. Then I will tow the tube to the public boat launch, where I can deflate and hoist it into my pickup truck (both steps will require some helpers).Inflating the three chambers with a shop vac took only 15 minutes, and so far it hasn't required topping off.The top of the ladder is difficult to climb for little kids, so it helps to hang an 18" knotted rope from the tube's topside handhold. We also purchased the slide, which attaches with bungie cords, but the attaching instructions are not very clear. I expect the bungie cords won't last long, but two extra cords came in the package.Last, we learned the hard way that it's always better to use MORE anchor than LESS. Four-5 gallon pails of concrete (approx 100 # each) on chains were inadequate when a storm whipped up. It was a near disaster wrestling this runaway monster to shore during a gale. There are four inner D-Rings and two outer D-Rings on which to clip anchor lines. I chose the inner clips to keep chains away from swimmers, but after the runaway incident I had to add two clusters of three cinder blocks each, which are clipped on the windward side outer rings. (Round bucket shaped anchors can weigh plenty, but they drag more easily than a more angular anchor.)Enjoy!

A lake house must!!!
I loved the great bounce! Jumps like a real trampoline! Older kids especially love to jump on this trampoline(grown up “kids” too)! Another important feature of this trampoline is the customer service that comes with it! We had a small complication with shipping, but the island hopper customer service staff make sure that we got our trampoline before we had a big party we had planned for! Worth every penny!Note: smaller children might need some help getting up on the 20 foot trampoline because it is so big! They still loved playing on it!
