The media could not be loaded. Sony SA-D40 vs F&D F550X? Things are getting serious hmm. Let me compare a Sony Rs. 8490 and an F&D F550X worth Rs. 4799. Just an honest review of what I think.** Sony Vs F&D **I bought the Sony just 2 days ago, I was really surprised and perhaps very offended to see there's no bass control for a 40-watt 6.5-inch woofer in Sony. I had to return it after facing serious headaches.The sony needed a separate profile equalizer for music (low 31 - 200 HZ sound, boost of 512HZ, 4KHz, 8KHz and 16KHz), another profile for youtube, another for movies (bass wasn't too high for > 200 Hz vocals, but needed serious tune for the mids - about 512Hz to 1KHz). When it comes to F&D - this one packs a lot of power and doesn't need any tuning at all.** Sound Quality **I don't say loudness and bass = good quality. Sound quality is a completely different thing. This F&D jobby combines good quality sound and gives you the ability to tune treble and bass according to your liking. So a big thumbs up for F&D.I like the overall sound quality of F&D. It's like creative - crystal clear. But with the ability to change bass and treble.** Controls (Some suggestions) **I like the ability to tune the bass of the subwoofer and treble of the satellite speakers. A remote control feature will be more awesome because that potentiometer sometimes dies. I haven't had issues with the old F&D though, it's just as good as new. So I'm not sure what to say, but a remote control bass and treble and the ability to change the volume of the satellite speakers will be just awesome (I know no other products offer this). Also, right and left channel tuning will be helpful for people who are sitting in front of the left or right speaker but need to increase the volume of the other speaker to make it sound more natural. Currently, PulseAudio or pipewire lets me do that for sure, but a built-in option will be helpful.** Look and Feel **Apart from the sound quality, this product looks futuristic. I like the white 7 segment display and the combination of lights in the subwoofer. Those lights on satellite speakers will make it look even better, but I don't think there is any sound system in this price range that looks such sexy!The circuitry inside these products is also good, and solid. I have opened an old 2.1 11 watt model, and it was nicely organized inside. That ran for 1.5 years, > 15 hours a day, and it's still running the same. So durability for this new one shouldn't be a concern, too.

Superb happy with the product.. even though it's a small unit. Sound is excellent. Specially the bass is very filling but lacs deep bass. Overall good product and value for money

I have used the 2.1 speakers from Creative and iBall earlier.I investigated a lot before going for this product.Honestly I never heard this company name before and was very sceptical going for it.Anyways after reading reviews here and in few other e-commerce sites,i decided to invest my money in it.First Opinion as I heard these speakers:Awesome MusicLast Opinion shall be : Happily ShockedDon't take me wrong , I'm not at all exaggerating ,it is every penny worth of it.Pros:1. Awesome Design2. Superb Bass(Kindly ignore those reviews which says bass is not all that good)3. Bluetooth Connectivity is flawless4. The LED lights make it look elegant and add fun to the experience.5. Equipped with Bass and Treble knobs(only in sub woofer)6. Also has fully functional remote with provided AAA battery(2)7. Pretty loud for any room measuring up to 1000sq ft.Cons:1. It is not completely wireless.The satellites are wired with the sub woofer.2. The Bass and Treble control is missing in remote(though present as back panel of sub-woofer).This is a Great music system,no second thoughts.And yes F&D is an Indian Company.Go for it !!!

I am writing this review to let you guys know I have been using this Product for the Last 1 Year for the price 4299/- and it is really superb.1. Sound Quality - Absolutely Good in comparison to high-end Sony/ Bose / Harmon Kardon/ JBL.2. Woofer Quality Good.3. AM/FM/Blutooth/3.5mm/Radio/Rmotecontoll with Channels presets and volume - Working Good.4. Connects with my M1 Macbook and Macbook 15"inch Intell via Bluetooth and 3.5mm Aux with PC5. Don't worry about your Movies and Games sound quality you will enjoy it.6. I am a huge Sound quality analyser and this tests on par with Music with Loud Sound, Vocals are good, Base Songs or Pop Songs ...they all do really on par performance for this Price.7. Remote has Aux and Bluetooth Switch to switch between aux for pc or Bluetooth for mac.8. Lights and Display Good Rich Feature...9. Just Go for it guys I am really surprised with its performance never let me down.10. It also has an On/Off btn on remote for the system to put it to sleep or shut it off in case of emergency of power flux. incase if you don't want to.11. Packaging is also good + Rocksolid Build Quality of all the products inside of the box.12. Close your eyes and Buy it away before the prices again go up.

Remote stopped working within 8 months.
