It's a life saver to say the least.It is a wonderful product, simplified and well manufactured.Also, although there is a very honest disclaimer that it may not be leak proof with liquids above 30 degrees, I can definitely say that it is leak proof.The filter system is simple and easy to use, add coffee grounds, add boiling water till the mark and let it stand for 15 to 20 minutes and then press the plunger to finish the process.Simple and easy to clean after use, just rinse the cup and filter, and you're ready to go.It can handle coffee grinds from espresso(fine) to French press(coarse).Keeps drinks perfectly warm/hot for more than just 4 hours tried and tested by me.Cleaning is quick and easy, with few movable parts, it's a quick job.One issue I faced is that the lid needs a grip to help in opening after a hot liquid is in it.The double seal is a bit hard to twist, but super efficient!PS, to Mr. SaranThe follow up emails are a lovely touch to a good and personalised customer experience!Edit: Instacuppa has extended my warranty for an additional 3 months, ie 15 total months. If that isn't awesome, I don't know what is!

For a frequent traveller who spends many days in hotel rooms and who cannot do without freshly brewed black coffee, consuming instant coffee sachets at the hotel room tea coffee maker is a real damper.For us people additicted to our own selected and ground brew this device is spot on. It's the first for an Indian manufacturer and I commend them on a job well done.in fact I have purchased 2 one for office and one for home and travel. Have used the first one for 3 months now. since I buy my own beans and grind them at home thus is the perfect travel device. The device keeps medium ground out well when pressed and keeps the coffee warm for at least 3 hours though I prefer to pout in a mug when not in a hurry. The device is quite sturdy and well made. Only issue is towers the end of your drink at about 100ml u have to pull the plunger back up and then drinking becomes quite difficult

Great product. It is easy to use and easy to clean.The coffee stays hot for hours. The material used gives it a premium feel.Total value for money.

That's worth an investment to do.Especially for those who are always running short of time! Hot water and coffee/tea powder and boom...4-5minutes and it's ready!! Easy to clean..easy to carry..good built..and most importantly..portable with insulation which makes sure to keep my drink hot and cold for several hours!! I take it to my study table and my classes and I am enjoying it!EDIT02,Re editing and writing this review on 10th October 2018...i have been using this Mug since a month and I'm happy with it :)It keeps the coffee warm for suitable time period 3 hours or so work for me..I even tried using it for green tea and works like a charm!I even received their "PROMISED" Coffee scoop too! which is sturdy and attractive made of metal! These are genuine people. They helped me even when my first parcel of the "coffee scoop" was misplaced! They sent me a new one with no questions!I wish success for this new budding group of INSTACUPPA team!Kudos!!

The product looks good but the supplied sipper lid does not fit and is frustrating. Dont send items that do not work as its a waste of time to order replacement or cancel. Time is the most precious things and its the responsibility of the seller to ensure that wrong items are not sent.

Using them for about 18 months now. I bought two of them actually. One for home and then one for office. The inner part is made of steel and easy to clean. The outer shell is polycarbonate so sturdy enough. I dropped from my hand a couple of times, from a low height, but nothing happened. Most other similar items are made of glass so always a risk.While it is supposed to be for making coffee, I ended up using it more for making Darjeeling tea, the leaf variety. I love tea and it was always a big issue to have my preferred leaf tea at office. With this thing, its very easy to have the infusion. Good enough for 2 persons at a time. Also keeps warm for at least an hour so sometimes directly carry it to meetings.Coffee also comes out good. I normally use coarse grind.Initially had a doubt about how long the silicon around the disk will last. But so far it has stood its ground for that 18 months.

So far so good. We have all sorts of coffee machines at home as well as office, and I could use this one only while traveling, that happened 3-4 times since I bought this. It works fine. Well, I need to carry a coarsely ground coffee as the filter is not so fine but it just works like any other french press (actually like the expensive ones). I am relying on the brand that the material inside is actually steel and not any other alloy and that the plastic used for lid is BPA free. Coffee tastes well, and what I like in specific is that the whole setup allows pressure to be put on coffee while brewing and pressing. Pressure is extremely important for espresso (of course the right amount is important) but this produces quite close results unlike other glass french press that have a beaker opening on top. Overall its a good product. I waited a while to buy it only for its price. If it was just a bit lower I would have probably bought it earlier.
