Top class.. Must buy.. !
3 years of magnesium tablets vs 6 months of magnesium oil! I took magnesium bisglycinate tablets (nocram) with 1 to 2 tablets a day for 3 years. Each strip of 10 tablets costs ~ Rs. 80 bucks after discount, and I took approximately 1200 to 1400 tablets in these 3 years. which is nearly Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 12,000 worth of tablets. I felt fine on a daily basis when I took the tablets, but the deficiency was never eliminated as the doze is way less than the required daily intake of 450 to 490 mg of elemental magnesium. When I found about magnesium oil, I ordered a trial bottle to see how it works, if it actually does work at all. This actually works so much better than any tablets I have ever taken. And I feel energetic instantly. Its been 6 months since I have been using this oil. 6 bottles taken so far and my magneisum deficiency is gone! I am no longer in need to use any supplement as such, not at least for the next few years when the deficiency might reoccur due to the poor food habits. But then, now I know what to do. 6 bottles cost me ~ Rs. 6900. And it's actually cheaper, faster and permanent! Also, I did a little math, each tablet (360 mg of Magnesium Bisglycinate) has ~ 50 mg of pure elemental magnesium, means 1 strip contains 500 MG of elemental magnesium, and this whole bottle has 22000 MG of pure elemental Magnesium. which means the amount of magnesium in magnesium oil is ~44 times more! This was the quickest and best that can be.

Need better packaging!
Three stars for "pain relief" simply because we have not been using it consistently, so we cannot say that it doesn't work at all or works very well. I bought it after having read the reviews for my parents, who have a lot of joint and muscular pains. Specifically, I wanted to try it for my father who has cardiac arrhythmia. I have read online that magnesium supplements can help reduce the symptoms a bit. My mother couldn't use it because it caused a burning sensation-- I believe this is common, especially for people with very dry skin, and can be controlled to some extent by using a normal oil before applying the magnesium oil. My father used it regularly for around 2 months and it gave relief from a muscular/nerve pain that he had in his forearm. The pain hasn't returned since then. Hence the three stars. Maybe if they use it regularly, it would help with their other aches and pains.Value for money-well, the bottle looks small, but it didn't empty out in the two months of usage, as I had expected. It is expensive, but I THINK if one person uses one bottle (assuming once-a-day use), it could last for around 3-4 months. The only complaint I have is about the packaging-- it is not packed for long-distance transportation. By the time I received the bottle, a good amount had leaked out. Sellers, please note--if you want to transport this product long distances, you need to provide leak-proof packaging. Amazon refunded my money promptly, so no issues, but it would not help if I had to order this on a regular basis.

Product is good and works well, but some issues...
Product is great. Yes it itches like crazy overnight, but that is to be expected because of the salt/brine solution. Note that anything (clothing) your skin touches after you apply this (even after it is dry) will transfer some salt and magnesium to those clothes and bedsheets. And because of the salt and magnesium, those clothes and bedsheets will take moisture out of the air and feel damp until you wash them! On the plus side, the dampness does NOT lead to fungus or bad smell because the salt keeps it disinfected. Overall a good product to boost supplementation. But maybe only to use for initial boost and then switch to oral methods for magnesium (because the sticky feeling is hard to tolerate with continuous use). Also, my bottle came WITHOUT a cap AND was leaking during shipment... all sticky when it arrived (purchased from Novelty Lifestyle Products). Was desperate so kept it. Another reviewer mentioned this problem also.

Rusted spring & super diluted
The media could not be loaded. Super diluted , does not even feel oily at all . Feels like water and above all the spring in the spray part is rusted . Its like brown water coming out . Very dissapointed and cant even return or replace the product . Money wasted .

It works really well
I have heard about the uses of magnesium and I have used Epsom salt but it's the first time that I have used a magnesium oil. It does live up to it's claims as it helps to relieve joint pains and headaches. I even used it on my grandmother and her pain went away in a few minutes. The only problem is that it gives some sort of discomfort or irritation but it goes away in a few minutes

Amazing Product
My mother had been suffering from knee pain for the past one year. We visited several doctors and she took a lot of medicines but there was no improvement. A friend told me about benefits of this oil. I wasn't convinced earlier but I thought of giving it a try. I was amazed to see the results. My mother's pain started decreasing and she was enthusiastic about walking again. I was surprised to see that only in 3-4 days there was so much improvement. Thanks to this oil. Must for everyone.Amazing product

Overpriced - its very easy to make your own at home
Magnesium oil is not actually oil, it is magnesium salt dissolved in distilled or RO water. You can get pure magnesium salt for 300 to 400 Rs per kilo (In amazon.in itself). This product says it has 22 grams of magnesium chloride. With 1 kilo of magnesium salt, you can make 45 times this quantity at home. You can buy either magnesium chloride or magnesium sulphate (Epsom salt). Both are effective, but it is said that magnesium chloride is better absorbed. Boil some RO water, keep adding the salt little by little (keep stirring), until you see it doesn't dissolve any more. Cool it, store it and use it.
