It does work as I can see the difference in my RLS at night. But taking 2 tablets makes me burp and the tablet does not seems to get absorbed well, especially when taken with other supplements like I drink ACV water in morning and ate 2 tablets of magnesium oxide with it and my stomach was upset for 1 hour. But the product works nicely, especially if you have a magnesium deficiency already.
