The NUTRI FIT Smart Digital Bathroom Scale is simple, lightweight, and very easy to use. All you need to do is turn it on, open the app on your phone, step on the scale when it says "connected," and within seconds, you have all your information right on your phone.What I love the most is the ability to track changes in weight, BMI, body fat percentage, and more. This feature is fantastic for monitoring progress and improving habits.However, I have noticed occasional abrupt changes in weight of about 1 kg or more from one week to the next, even though I try to weigh myself at the same time of day and with similar clothing. That said, I admit that my current eating habits are not the best, which might contribute to these fluctuations.Overall, this is an excellent product, and I highly recommend it.
