It really works for Cartilage regenration and lubricating the joints.
I had an ACL surgery in 2019 feb And along with torn Acl I torn my Outer meniscus and Cartilage of the patella. I was looking for glucosamine that can help regenerate my cartilage from patella. I tried kirkland glucosamine but the result was minimal. So I decided to try this and today is the day when I finished my first bottle and i can say I can feel the popping sound is less and pain in the patella is also very less. I have ordered another bottle of this. I used to take 3 pill after breakfast and 2 after evening snacks. But from the 2nd bottle i will take all the 5 pills in the morning only. I guess it will work best when taken all the suggested pills at once.I hope you a speedy recovery from your pain.

Excellent product
Has made a HUGE difference to my knee pain. Works best when there is grinding or clicking in the joint. It's as though the joint has been lubricated. I felt a marked difference within one week of taking the product as directed on the bottle.

Well, I honestly have to say within ONE week I started to notice the difference!!!! I wasn't sure whether to spend this amount of money - was I wasting my money??? No! My joints are so much more pliable AND I am able to resume my daily exercise program. THANK YOU....VERY RELIEVED AND HAPPY.

A good product but too many capsules to be taken
One serving is 5 capsules a day. That gets quite inconvenient.However this is mentioned in fine print on the label so one should remember to check it out.Otherwise a good product.

You need to order earlier (min 3 weeks )
Service is very good and delivered the item before the delivery date given but we need to order it earlier ( min 3 weeks ) as it is an imported product
