They're stretchy, the color is the most neutral you can get, and 100 for $4.99 at the time of this review is a great deal!I make quite a few balloon arches during the year, and go through a lot of 260's. I love that you get 100 of these per pack. I use 260s mainly for attaching balloons to garlands or tying together columns. These work really well for that and are very stretchy. I like the clear because the color doesn’t stand out much in case it’s accidentally showing on a balloon garland. These are also easy to inflate with a hand pump and easy to make little balloon animals out of which my kids love to do while I’m busy setting up something else. I would recommend these in colors for children’s birthdays and have someone who knows to manipulate them create animals and swords and other objects for kids at a party. Younger kids love balloons!
