Victorinox Swiss Army Knife - Explorer - 16 Functions, DO-IT-YOURSELF Champion, Multi-utility Tool with Magnifying Glass - Red, 91 mm

It is one of the best gifts I ever received.

This multi tool knife comes in a blister pack (usually there is a cardboard box pack that we see). This is not the explorer plus (which has additional pen and a screwdriver1.6705). This is the explorer model 1.6703. The knife came properly packed. We get the following functions1. large blade2. Small blade3. Cork screw4. Can opener with5. - small screwdriver6. Cap lifter with7. - screwdriver8. - wire stripper9. Reamer , punch10. Key ring11. Tweezers12. Toothpick13. Scissors14. Multi-purpose hook15. Philips screwdriver16. Magnifying glassNote: the magnifying glass is 5x magnification and is all plastic (hence need to be carefully handled else it might break)The knife edges are decently sharp and the tool is oiled out of the pack (you needn't oil it separately) however this oil is starting to attract lint and dust. The plastic red scales tend to attract scratches though. Overall this knife would serve a long time before needing any maintenance if properly used.

Ordered the product knowing that this is an Explorer version (as shown in the image & product description) not climber (as written in headline).Amazing product quality as expected from the brand. I think it can last for ages if in the right hands. The body is shiny red and you always want to keep it in hand. All tools are brand new and live upto Victorinox fame.The only issue I faced is that the tools are slightly tight to pull out and you have to be careful. However, on reading the leaflet in the product box, they say that it is expected and one needs to immerse the product in hot water and oil it if needed.Amazon doesn't stop to amaze you and the seller did a good job in living up to the expectations.Overall a very good purchase.

The famous Swiss knife. Costly for an Indian but it works great. The blade was way sharp, beyond my expectation and so I cut my finger on the first day. The other tools are helpful in various moments. The scissor works fine on thin materials like A4 paper or newspaper, sewing thread etc.I carry it everywhere. There is a small magnifying glass as well. I love the product.

Everything I could wish for.. :-)The box was a bit battered..but the product inside was in pristine condition..It's been 3 weeks now. Excellent quality of the tools available as expected from victorinox.The 2nd pic is a standard A4 size paper. For size comparison. I couldn't get the reamer open. Too tight.rest of the tools are there to see.

Very nice and original product, delivered on time but and i would suggest that packaging should be done with cardboard for this type of product, mine was came with a plastic bag due to that my product box was quite damaged during the transit but luckily the product was allright, some time people get scratches on the product due to no use of card board.... Other wise very genuine product and i got this in 2187/- in offer and I am very much satiasfied.

Outer material is of plastic not staneless steel as given on the feature..but the tool quality is excellent and the blade was very sharp.Don't try to open all tool at a time it cuts my hand.

Really nice product with everything necessary in one! Value for money!!
