Perfect Decoy: A review after 2 years
This product is a perfect decoy. It worked for the initial 3 months and mind you I bought this in May 2018. After the first season, in 2019 it started giving problems. It just cutoff when the voltage was stable. I have an AC(Samsung AC ARNV18HETU 5 start) which has an cutoff feature so i thought it must be because of the AC. I got my AC checked and I was assured and shown again that every part of my AC was working fine. Then i called the technician from VGuard in 2019 and their attitude was very lax. The person refused to see the stabilizer and got away by writing that this model does not have an auto-on feature thats why we are worried.Coming to 2020, the stabilizer is again at fault.TLDR; Poor afte sales service, bad product, DONT BUY.

Works just fine
I own Panasonic 1.5ton ac cum heater. I had V guard VG400 in the past running smoothly for almost 8years. But when the pcb itself was worn out I had to go for a new one as per V guard technician. I opted VG 500 reading the reviews carefully. I have installed the stabilizer and it works just fine. I do not hear any noise from it though (some customers had written about this in their reviews). But one thing I noticed is that VG500 weighs lighter than my old VG400. Not sure of the reason. Rest is all good.

Not fit for my AC
Too much fluctuations in my area so I decided to buy triple booster stabiliser

Item weight much differ
It is described here that item has 3.90 kg weight. But today I got item which is lesser than 2kg. I am confused about its weight. Should I return it
