Purchased this to replace the bad power supply on my home camera system. Fit perfectly and works great. Nice having one power supply for my 8 cameras instead of the 2 the system came with.

Purchased this to replace an older 12V block charger that would constantly go up and down in voltage and constantly reset my cameras, just swapped the connections and plugged it in and worked just like new, im very happy with it and I'm glad that it fixed all the issues, would definitely recommend it if you own a BNC wired Samsung DVR unit.

Having the ability to plug in up to 8 cameras on this power pack eliminated two bulkier power packs that were limited to either 4 cameras together or only 1 camera individually. I have 6 cameras so I still have the ability to add 2 more cameras without having to get another power pack. And it was compatible and worked great with my Swann security cameras.

The product worked very well with the security system and was easy to install.

I bought 2 of these to power 9 home security cameras from lorex, 6 powered by one and 3 by the other.Apparently, powering 6 cameras will cause the power supply to short out after about a years use so maybe 4 or 5 is the limit to one power supply even though the adapter has 8 connections.

I've had two of these fail recently. Just ordered my 5th one. If they can't handle using all 8 connectors then it shouldn't have 8 connectors. I'm stuck using them because I don't have the space to have 16 individual power blocks plugged in. At these they seem to be getting cheaper.

Works good
