I have only used the oven a few times, but I am very happy so far - roasted some nice potatoes and vegetables, made toasts etc. There are a few things though - 1) there is no light inside, but I am not really bothered by it; 2) the plug had thick pins so it wouldn't fit in the wall so I had to go and buy the adaptor, which is fine; 3) the first time I used the oven I was very disappointed cause it didn't hold the heat and I couldn't cook anything - it took me more than 2,5 hours for the potatoes and they werent even cooked, but then I found out that that was because I had plugged it into a multiplug extension lead, and you shouldn't do that, so the next time I cooked I plugged it in directly into the wall and everything worked perfectly - amazing oven roasted potatoes in less than 40 mins. Definitely value for money!

A good product in quality and attractive design. Strong body and painting. But some of its screws were loose that I had to tighten. Further, the warranty 2 years were mentioned in the Amazon site but when I received it 3 days back the warranty card was printed with one year only and for which I had an argument with them. Like the quality of product warranty promise is also important for customers.

I was a bit skeptical buying this item as it was my first time to buy from this manufacturer.To my delight I found the item working exceedingly well . Now we are using it for last more than a month and we have used it for making all types of dishes including cakes-biscuits-toast-pizzas and what not.The OTG is completely user friendly and the dials are quite precise as far as the temperature and timing settings are concerned.The look is most appealing and matches with my Microwave Oven.American Micronic if they offer good customer support and service, would really become a leading brand as their products are quite appealing both functionally as well as look wise.During the period I bought this oven, I was under the scheme of getting one year extended warranty.I hope the company will fulfill its commitment.

The media could not be loaded. Very disappointed , the heat functionality is worst ,every time when we try baking a cake the upper layer and and bottom turns out so hard. Tried and tested with all the heat functioning,but no use it remains same .Not recommended, kindly look for the branded otg .

Awsm product at great price

the order was on "pay on delivery " but the delivery agent refused to take any card or payment link. He literall threatened me that he will return the product back if not paid by cash!! Means seriously? On the top the product was delivered after 8 days of promised date.About the product : Good but not best. Working fine till now. Body material is not so sturdy. Cable is too short.
