Excellent service. The pen is packaged in a presentation box that I would be pleased to present to anyone.The engraved logo on the pen itself looks sharp. In addition you get a hand written thank you note. You also get a cool mustache sticker I put on my water bottle.I filled the pen with ink. Yes you will need to buy ink. I writes very well. I am very pleased with my purchase. And highly recommend this seller.

Dry nib cure.
I bought this pen, why I don't know but I did. I collect and restore fountain pens as a wintertime hobby. I have probably accumulated and restored 50 or more pens. As for this pen, it is a good value, and very well made with a good heft and balance. BUT, the nib dries out VERY quickly when caped and put away. I solved this problem very quick and easily. I just adjusted the nib very slightly for a slightly wetter ink flow. This made the pen wright even smoother, and the nib does not dry out no matter how long I have it stored. Great Pen after a minor adjustment.

Lovely expensive feeling fountain pen
I bought this for my teenage son. He was so excited. I had read other reviews so I ordered some waterproof ink as well. The pen feels weighty and solid and after filling it with ink, the little mechanism was easy to manage, it writes really smoothly and makes the most delicate fine lines. Really big hit. So 5 out of 5 stars. Mr. Pen has never let us down, their products are always high quality and come nicely packaged. I definitely recommend this fountain pen.

Beautiful pen in hand, however…
It didn’t come with instructions or the right ink cartridges. The ink cartridges given are too small, so now I have to spend more money on the right ones. I would’ve loved to test it out upon arrival, so I’m disappointed in that aspect. Besides that, it seems like a decent pen.

Constantly dry, dry starts, won't write, tried different inks.
Its hard to complain for the price, the downside is the pen constantly dries out. Even with private reserve infinity inks. But no matter how cheap a pen that doesn't work still doesn't work. As great and solid as it fill, when you pop the cap, it won't write. I bought four of them, and they are all the same. Don't waste the money, there are better pens out there.
