I recently started using this ergonomic neck pillow after my chiropractor recommended and it's been a game changer for my sleep quality. When I received the package, it was tightly rolled and wrapped in plastic. I was concerned it would take time for it to pop back into place and that it would have an odor. At first my neck felt better but my back was off. Not in a bad way but my spine was realigning back to its natural form. It did get hot a few nights but it was because my body was getting back to alignment. Now, it stays cool and is very comfortable.Overall, this was a great investment to my health and quality of sleep. Even my chiropractor noticed the difference. The media could not be loaded. I ordered a full mattress from Amazon and noticed underneath it, save 50% on cervical neck pillow with my purchase. I was very skeptical but I said , if I don’t like the pillow I can return it. To my surprise the pillow is very soft and comfortable. I ordered the white and gray color first. I suffer from neck pain when sleeping on my left side. Let me tell you this pillow has alleviated the pain in my neck. I told my sister about the pillow so I ordered the white one for her. She also has discomfort when sleeping and now she is experiencing better sleep. We love the butterfly shaped design and it’s washable . It has no odor to it and the pillow gives that perfect support I need for my head and spine. This cervical neck support pillow has improved our sleep quality. Loving the slow rebound memory foam. It’s like sleeping on clouds.

I fall asleep fast and stay asleep with this pillow. Very soft and comfortable. Keeps my head in place.

I have purchased many pillows trying to find one that truly supports my neck. I was never aware of cervical pillows until a similar one popped up in a search. I did a little research (reading reviews on a few others less expensive) before deciding on this; and boy am I glad I chose this one! At first try I was immediately impressed, it is very comfortable and I do not have to change positions to find a sweet spot, this pillow is the sweet spot; whether I sleep on my side or back, its wonderful! It also fits my pillowcases. Thank you for making this. I will more than likely order a second one to replace my other pillow.

This is the worst pillow I have ever slept on. I have been using a pillow with neck support for many years. I used this pillow for about 2 weeks and couldn’t figure out why my neck issues were getting worse. I was in pain every morning. I even started doing neck PT exercises. I changed back to my old pillow and my neck is 75% better in one day.

Ok so it’s ugly and looks like you’re going to break your neck. I know, I know I was skeptical too. Trust me, if you’re a side sleeper this is a great pillow. It’s really soft and doesn’t hurt my head or face. I only wish it was a little thicker but that issue was solved with a thin second pillow below it. I’m a fan!

I just woke up from using this this pillow and discovered two big problems.Firstly, this can't be a one size fits all situation: I'm 6'4" and a broad shouldered side sleeper, so how is this thin pillow supposed to cradle my neck and align my spine, it's stiff memory foam and can't be fluffed up. So I had to jam it against my shoulder and could feel my head angling down to it.Secondly, you have to stay in one position, and I don't. This is shaped so that it only works if you're laying one of two ways, as soon as you move, it's not comfortable anymore. I started out falling asleep on my side, after spending some time trying to find the right fit, and I just woke up after having rolled over and no longer being in the right spot. Now my neck hurts worse and I have a headache from the neck tension. This pillow is going back tomorrow and I'm not buying anymore novelty pillows...
