It was very confusing to use and then quit working after having just short of 2 months. Amazon doesn’t care and won’t replace it. Waste of money. Will be buying from actual stores from now on.

Fast shipping. product works great and it is extremely spacious. The lid fits perfectly. It does take up a lot of space so be ready to have storage.

Okay I am going to highlight the reasons I had to give this items only 3 star rating.-The handles on the sides and the top seem to be plastic or a lightweight alloy. This makes me kind of nervous when I have to move it. Especially if it is fully loaded with something like hot stew.-I also wish there was an option to NOT have a non-stick cooking surface. I am not a fan of no-stick and as a result I will not be using this product very much.-The last issue I have with the product is how the display works for changing the temperature. The nobs are just not very accurate and difficult to dial in exactly what I want.With all that said it does work and it does work well.I do not think I would recommend it to others for the above mentioned reasons though.

This product looks amazing, but there is no instructions on how to use it? I tried looking online and cannot find anything for this model. It's got a yogurt mode that blows my mind on how to use. Unboxing it was not a happy moment since nothing in there tells me what the extras are for or how to operate it.

When I first opened it, It's metal, not ceramic like the very old ones, but it's really thin compared to the much sturdier ones I have had in the past.However, this does have an advantage in that it's much lighter to lift.I have cooked three different types of meals in this since I received it and it has exceeded my expectations. Max temp to 425℃ in 30seconds！！I found out that there’s a one-year warranty from the manufacturer and I purchased the extended warranty also.When I contacted the manufacturer/ seller with the question about the warranty they responded quickly, which gave me confidence they would respond if there was a problem with this machine in the future.Also the cookwell was very easy to clean and I’m grateful there’s NO nonstick coating on the inside of this product. Also, I’m confident with no ceramic and glaze that the risk for lead leaching is negative!!

Works well and is easy to use

This is a really awesome cooker. I haven't yet been able to figure out how to use everything is offers but what I have used so far it has worked great. So excited to figure out the rest and see what this product can do for me.
