Cheap quality,open/used product/attachments missing
Very cheap quality..one ear cleaner was opened and the attachments are missing. The other one has sum loose connection with the light...Not worth it at all...

A cheap Chinese product !
The cells in both the Kingsdeal ear safety device were not functional , cheap Chinese stuff . Poor show !

Not usable
The product is cheap and illuminating light thing works, but the spoon edges are very sharp for the ear and the removable sticks that fit in the cleaner are too soft that bend with the slightest pressure. Also the hold of the sticks to the cleaner is weak, the sticks come off with the slighest pressure so I was unable to use the thing. It looks good, but it's not functional.

Broken packing received,one ear cleaning stick was missing, stick was very hard ,wax remove carefully.I was used on my patients, patient s complaints it's paining in ear canal (quality of plastic is very hard) Don't use in pediatrics.
