restful, sound sleep without morning grogginess
These gummies promote mind and body relaxation within half an hour, so be careful when you take them. I have never had morning grogginess like that experienced taking other gummies that contain melatonin and valerian. One thing that needs to be improved is the packaging of the product to allow more airflow around the gummies. Every time they arrive, the gummies are all stuck together and will not shake out of the bottle container. They must be extracted with a spoon and set out to dry a bit and then placed in a home container that is shallow with a wide opening.

Good gummy
Good flavored gummy that has helped me relax & fall asleep quicker. Does not contain melatonin & I'm great with that.

ADHD and Anxiety
I give them around two hours before bedtime. It performs better than melatonin. We began taking them about a month ago. So far, I've seen an improvement in going asleep and having a nice mood when they wake up. Over time, it may lead to an improvement in general mood and attention. I need another one or two months to be able to judge those effects.

Kids throw up after ingestion of these
No clue what is doing it but we take all of these products on their own but to wanted to get a product that combined all of them into one….my kids love the taste so that’s not the issue but about 20 minutes after taking these my kids have both got chills and then have thrown these up every single night the last three nights since getting these in the mail! I have no clue what it is making that happen but it’s not good!
