Excellent. Easy to install. Easy to clean. Crystal clear water. Inlet water is always yellow in colour. Outlet water is very clear nd colourless. Filters even the fine sand, dirt and other suspended particles. The dirt and other impurity accumulation is cearly visible and hence, can be cleaned. Cleaning is very easy. Just force the water from the tap on the cartridge. The other cartridge black in colour removes the colour and odour effectively. This unit has solved my water problem.

Product is good but check for installation since the company is not providing support on installation.

Waste of money.Not worth of its price.Sediment cartidge lasted for 15 days.Installation is very complex.I should have considered others review before buying it.

Balson Ultratwin2X Filter CartridgeBough this for bathroom at Rs. 4725/- a month ago. I was suffering from hard and unclean water from borewell. I don't have another porduct to compare so this is my observation, non technical.+ Results are very visible though cannot compare to sweet water from well.+ I can see very clean water in bucket+ Hair feels better after using this filter+ white deposite in utensils after heating/boiling water almost gone+ scaling at the bottom of utensils reduced to very min though not completely+ well built pro look filter and can see the results through see through filter jars- No instruction to which filter out of two to be fitted first in the filtration process (I fitted carbon filter at the inlet)+ simple installation but need to buy inlet & outlet tubing as required+ I would say about 80% better results for me in this one month use, overall very good product, satisfied.

I received this product today and based on the material used, build and design i am really impressed. The package contains all the parts needed for installation. I only wish that another inlet/outlet pipe should have been added.But looking forward of using it and hope it serves the purpose of good water filter.

Packing is worst no air bag to safeguard fragile parts fortunately the main unit received in full and ok

I had been using the Balson dual filter since few years now and had been happy till I ordered a new one and now the design is very poor. both the bottles have been separated and connected with a pipe. Mounting is separate for both the bottles. The connecting inlet and outlet have been changed to 1.25 inch so cannot be used for washing machine, bathroom water supply, actually nowhere in the house, unless we buy couplers to downsize it. Very poor move on the design front. more joints(between both bottles, couplers on both ends etc.) means more plumbing effort to prevent leaks and the ease of install is thrown out of the window. I am done with Balson, no more referrals coming from me. Hope you find takers for the new poor design.
