Very good product
Sturdy steel body. Nice look. All good features of a filter. Working very good. Review after 3 months of use. Highly recommended.

Small part failure but major headache
Overall quality of the water purifier good. I faced a problem during installation as one of the nuts( which holds ceramic bulb) snapped as it is very thin material and due to it I had to run around a lot of shops to see if I can get nut but unfortunately didn't as the size is big. I had to then fix it with a screw tie. This I did because I am a technically inclined person but I wonder what a regular customer will do in such a situation. This is could have been avoided by: 1) better quality but 2) providing spare in case of failure

Waste of money and time.
Total waste of money. First of all the actual capacity is 10 ltr not 20ltr. Second and the most important is the time it takes to filter the water. It takes ages to get 10 ltr of water. So you need to plan properly to get the filtered water for drinking purpose.Will not suggest anyone to buy the product...
