We used these for a family reunion this past weekend and they were perfect! They held a large amount of food, they kept everything to temp for hours, and they look much better on the table than the foil trays I've used in the past. They are sturdy, a great value and super easy to set up!

This is an awesome product.I was sceptical when I ordered this since it was made of steel and may have lots of scratches. But when I received it, I was surprised by the thoughtful packaging that has gone into this. There was multiple layer of protective coating and packaging involved. As a result not a single scratch could be made even during shipping or handling.The looks are great and makes party hosting more easy.

The product is not super rigid. It is suppose to be chrome finish but all of the lids were discolored and not shiny in the corners. One of the lids had a discoloration on top.

I never write reviews, but felt compelled to write a review for this product. It took approximately an hour apiece (for each chafing stand/pan/lid) to get all the blue film off! you will need an exacto knife for many of the edges. That’s after you and your spouse bruise your fingertips and nail beds trying to pull the pans apart. The pans are a little flimsy and 3 out of the 4 pans were dinged and bent. (haven’t unpacked the 4 shallow pans yet) We bought them for our daughter’s wedding reception, and they will look nice, but we didn’t have time to return them and get a better quality set. The old adage is true with these for sure; if the deal sounds too good to be true…it probably is.

I absolutely love this Set but I could not get the handle to work. Almost returned but it's such great quality. Do not wait until the day you serve to set these up. That is my ONLY issue. It took some time to put them together. Handles are tricky. 3 is only because of that otherwise these are a 5. I've had plenty sets. I love this one

Let me start by saying these Chafing sets are BEAUTIFUL. They function well, look amazing, and are of good quality. I understand wanting to protect the surfaces with the plastic wrap,but these pieces were protective wrapped and then riveted together for the stands. All parts were wrapped in plastic. The same issue is mirrored on the rolled edges of the pans. You cannot get the plastic wrap off without bits staying trapped under the rivet and edges. This is ridiculous. I'll probably have to burn/char off the remaining plastic wrap.Function 5/5Style 5/5Assembly 3/5Even with the headache, I would still recommend this set. Buyer beware.

These are perfect balance quality and sturdiness, we used them over the weekend and the functionality of it was amazing, kept the food warm, great size to accommodate what we prepared and the best part is the price.I’ll definitely get another set.

It’s very sturdy. Packaged in a box, inside of a box, in a box to prevent anything sliding around. It’s worth every penny and it’s so beautiful and elegant looking.
