Avene Very High Protection Cream SPF 50+ Emulsion 50ml

It's like the Holy Grail of all sunscreens.PROS:- Effective (it does work!)- Waterproof- You need a tiny amount to spread over a surface such as your face.- Moisturizing and emollient (dry skinned people should still use a moisturizer underneath)- Great for sensitive skin- No whitish cast (you have to be quick and blend well and there will be none!)- Hypoallergenic and paraben freeCONS:- This is not exactly a con but initially I had a little trouble dispensing the product. But, like a normal tube, you just shake the tube to bring the product at the top and then pump it out.- Using this over a moisturizer can cause your skin to become a little oily. But, it can be fixed with a little loose powder or compact and it takes care of the oil issue.- Expensive (but worth the price!)SUGGESTION: Apply in small dots close together and then connect the dots for a smooth application. A lot of people have complained of white patches. I have medium skin tone but you have blend it really fast and well to avoid any patches. You can also add a little water or toner to make it easier to blend.I have very sensitive skin and most products give me rashes and I see a lot of people complaining of allergies. Make sure the product you received is genuine and do a patch test on your elbow to rule out any complications.

It suits my sensitive skin, not sticky and value for money

Bit expensive but fairly protects the skin.. suitable for very sensitive skin as it contains thermal spring water . Quickly absorbs and is soothing. I use a pea size for my face and neck. Incase I m heading out for party, I use this as a primer and just a touch of translucent powder along with bronzer and matte blush gives the perfect look

The pump is good and only one pump is requires for whole face because if used more it leaves a whitish cast. Its smell is not good and it also causes breakouts.

I have a very sensitive skin and this is my first purchase of Avene product which turned out to be the best buy for me. It's non irritating, non scented product and it is doing a great job for my skin as the product label says.

I found it worthless. It is very greasy. Leaves thick white patches on the face. Definitely not recommended to Oily and Combination skin type.It blocked my pores and of course gave Acne and acne-marks. Waste of money.

It's a good product and offers adequate protection. However, it must be noted that, like most strong Sunscreen, this also leaves a whitish residue or "white cast" on applying. So if you have a darker complexion, it's more visible.

I am a regular user of avene. But it is bad to see from the past two three times I get a very old one !! Yesterday which I received is manufacturing from the year 2017. I feel very bad.
