A far as thin RG-58 goes this stuff is the probably the best you're gonna get unless you pay megabucks. It's got quite a good thick braid which isn't stingey and covers more than I've seen of some other brands. Both the centre core and the braid are tinned or silvered. I wouldn't use this for anything over 30mHz, unless its on a short run or a mobile installation, go for a thicker LMR400 type if you need it for 2m and 70cms. But this is decent coax for the price.

Very happy with this.
The coaxial cable arrived very quickly and is working very well. It's being used as a feeder for an amateur radio dipole, some 40m in length without issue. I found it very easy to work with. The dipole is at the far end of my garden and since putting it in place, we've had every kind of weather besides ice and snow and there with no detectable issues in signal loss.
