Writing this review after 1 month of usage:Installed in one of the bathroom inlets- Portable and easy to install, no need of plumber- Build Quality is good and i have no complains- Reduction in 80% of water scaling, clearly observed on bathroom taps.- Maintenance free no need of adding salt- Needed to clean filter once, as algae growth started to happen- It would have been nice if it would replace salt water softeners

Product is good but fittings accessories are not compatible with washing machine. From local market you have to arrange.

We have got it installed to the inlet pipe of bathroom, it didn’t last even for a month. The water got clogged and we can’t even clean the candle. There is absolutely no customer care nor response, it’s nothing short of cheating right royally. Only name sake warranty, no one attends and the phone number they share was a number was that you never can reach leave alone some one listening to your problem. They speak mix of Hindi and Bengali, neither one can understand nor this company care for. If genuine, please respond to us. We tried your product with blind faith.

The product was damaged. The hose provided was leaking and has to replace it. Not as per the expectations.

My Water TDS PPM is around 2K to 2.5K, its very hard water which is not good for skin for bath. I decided to install this in the input of the water geyser. The skin problems have been reduced and the sediment filter is also good and durable. Can recommend this any one.

So far so good! Just installed and it's working! Connector pipe provided looks good but it's leaking
