I recently acquired this 49-piece bakeware set, and I must say, it’s been a delightful addition to my kitchen.The overall quality of the material is excellent for the pans, though the mini bundt pans leave a lot to be desired. The good pans are made of food-grade silicone, which means they’re not only durable but also BPA-free. The flexibility of the silicone makes them easy to work with, and I appreciate that they won’t deform even under high-temperature conditions. Silicone doesn't cook quite the same way that metal does, but that doesn't bother me when it comes to cake. It's also important to note, if you haven't used silicone bakeware before, that it's best to support them on cookie or baking sheet from fill time through the cooking process.The set includes a variety of baking trays, including muffin pans, cake pans, and even a pizza pan. I found that the pizza pan works VERY well in my air fryer (never when it's up too high, of course). It also includes a 17-pack of measuring cups and spoons that are better quality than your basic Walmart set.Cleanup is a breeze – just soak them in warm soapy water, and any leftover crumbs wash away effortlessly. No more struggling with stubborn residue! I have not witnessed any deformities or issues with these pans so far. As a matter of fact, I was VERY disappointed to see them stuffed into the small box that they arrived in, but they almost immediately sprang back into their intended state as they were pulled out.Overall I am very happy with this set. While the mini bundt molds leave a lot to be desired, all of the other pieces are excellent quality and I believe they will last. If you are familiar with cooking in silicone and appreciate it's ease this is a great set for you.

The to encounter silicone pans are typical silicone baking pans, about the usual thickness and stiffness. The set includes a large number of sizes and shapes. Sizes work well with normal recipes - the dimensions are similar to common metal pans. For example, the bundt pan works with 12 cup recipes and the loaf pan works with regular bread loaf recipes.I found them to be good quality. They're stiff enough to hold their shape with batters and doughs. They don't stain and wash up well in the dishwasher once crumbs and stuck on bits are soaked off. For cakes, I use a baking-specific spray to get a really non-stick release.I especially like the textured deep dish pizza pan - haven't seen one of those elsewhere. It works well to make pizza with less burning of the crust - the silicone seems to insulate the crust just a little bit compared to a metal pan.Good and very complete set - highly recommended.

They all had to be soaked in hot water to get the shape back as they were crammed into a small box. The silicone is very thin and hard to use.

This is a really nice set of unique bakeware pans in squishy silicone! There is a regular muffin/cupcake pan, a donut pan!, a 10” square cake pan, a large round cake pan with wavy bottom, a bundt pan with cool spiral pattern, a tart/cookie/pizza? pan with scalloped edges, a loaf pan, and another smaller cake pan with a starburst pattern. So many cool designs to choose from to make my fancy desserts for special occasions look even nicer! There is also a large set of solid plastic measuring cups and spoons along with 2 different shapes of 12 pieces each little, tiny cupcake shells. Those are very small, so don’t expect to make big cupcakes with these; you would probably need two of these for every regular size cupcake. But they are very pretty shapes, and honestly a whole cupcake is lot to eat at one shot anyways! The description is a little off; there is no baking sheet?, but there are 8 different pans. (My pics show all 8, plus the bottoms of 4 of them.)These are all silicone, so you do have to be very careful in handling them when filling or taking them in and out of the oven. For those who haven’t used silicone before, you can’t set them on wire racks (or gas stove grates, found that out the hard way lol!) to cool; unless the grates are very small, they will push up the muffins, etc. Also do not push down on the sides at all unless you want contents out of pan prematurely! Batter also has to be fairly heavy to keep the sides down. These are nice silicone with decent handles though, so they seem to stay in shape well. The nice thing about silicone is that these all nest together and go back in the plastic bag and box it came in easily for storage. This is a nice big set of unique pans for a decent price. So if you like to bake pretty cakes and so forth, this is a good deal!
