The item arrived in a timely fashion. Upon opening the zippered pouch, the kit was not as represented in the ad. It must have been a return and therefore possibly used. Rather than a metal and glass mirror tool, there was a plastic-handled mirror with what appeared to be teeth marks on a plastic or foil mirror end. I don’t know, as I didn’t touch that piece. Two of the pointy pick type tools were rough on the ends.After washing my hands, I immediately started a return. A couple of days later, I received an email from Amazon that I was returning an item that had a part missing! Yes, that’s one of the reasons WHY I was returning it!All in all, I would not recommend this “dental” tool kit. The company doesn’t appear to have great quality control.

I basically bought this for the mirror but it’s very scratched like it has been in a bin with a million of these tools and they keep getting transferred from bin to bin before finally being hand-placed in the carrying case.
