I bought several copies of this book on preorder. I have gifted the copies to my grandchildren and great grandchildren, but also ordered one for myself...I love Dr. Seuss and I love reading his books to my grands and greats. The book itself is colorful, has cute text and such fun to read and reread over and over! Dr. Seuss has been a longtime "partner" in encouraging the reading habit in my 6 children, 16 grands and 4 (so far!) great grandchildren! Every one of them enjoy reading on a regular basis! My cup runneth over...

Page thickness & Colors are of poor quality.
This book is not up to the quality that I expected from a Dr.Seuss's book; the pages are super thin and "see-thru" of the opposing side's print, the colors are washed-out (not vivid) and the book is slightly smaller. Disappointed as this was to be part of a baby shower gift.

Not Great
My daughter loved the Seuss characters in this book but I was very disappointed in it overall. It doesn't read like a well written Seuss book. The colors it talks about are repeated randomly and not all the colors discussed so not the greatest learning tool for colors. Just seems quickly thrown together with the Suess name and characters to sell books.

Great book for 18 month old
My 18 month old loves the Bright and Early books. It surprised me when she went to get this book and said “colors.” She calls a lot of things such as a puzzle with multicolored pieces “colors” now and also knows the basic colors when asked. We really only have one other book with color topic so I would definitely recommend this one.

Dr.Suess Books never get old buy them for the new generation
Love Dr. SEUSS BOOKS NEVER GET OLD NOW BUYING FOR MY new granddaughter Emmy she is now 18 months old and loves book. She dont tear up Dr.Suess I think she know how great they are.
