It's beautiful and makes my stove look a lot better but I took a star off because the handles were missing and rather than send them to me Amazon wants me to return the whole thing and buy it again - I just bought my own handles.

Placing this thick natural block of wood over my burners transformed my kitchen and house from an old farm house to chic and itt protects the burners. It also has handle to make it a perfect tray for breakfast in bed

Came chapped/ chipped from a place. It’s a big hassle to return a heavy big product like this so I am just keeping it. Will keep the boards chapoed side towards the wall and try to hide it .i have woif range so this doesn’t fit exactly. Bolts fitted nicely. Will use it as a tray as well. Hope it doesn’t break gradually from the chipped place

I purchased this item twice. First one had a gap all the way down the board. The boards just are not tight at all. Returned it and got a replacement. Second one was worse. Same gap down middle and another board was cracked half way towards the middle. The quality was terrible for the price. Size and color was nice, but terrible assembly work and split wood. I wasn't going to try a third time. Will try another company. Do not recommend buying this.

Maybe this was the result of extended exposure to cold and heat. But one would think that as a manufacturer, this would have been considered in the manufacture of essentially a large slab of wood. The entire board was warped. Sections of the board were completely split. I even caught a splinter in an attempt to feel the board for issues. So that could write this review. I wish I could write something good about this cover. But there simply is no saving it. Needless to say, I cannot recommend this stove cover.If you are looking for a stove cover, just buy some marine plywood and have it cut at the store. They'll do two free cuts. Then frame, sand, and stain the wood. You'll be a hundred times happier for a just a few dollars.

This board was almost a 5-star product, but it's not assembled right. It's not damaged from shipping. It's just that there are large cracks in between some of the boards. The boards themselves are high quality, and it would have been really nice, but the large cracks in between boards and the cracks in one of the board, which go the whole way through to the top of it, just make it unusable.The surface coloring is really nice, though the bottom of it doesn't look very good. The handles are sturdy and the board seems like it would have been sturdy, if only it had been properly assembled. I don't know if it's because of mis-measuring or insufficient gluing, or what, realistically, but either way, it just isn't usable in this condition and I'd have to make a whole woodworking project out of it trying to fix it up, which I'm not experienced enough to handle right now.If you want to try this stove cover slash charcuterie board, you're welcome to, but know that it may be broken by design like mine is.I only review things that I personally want to use myself on a regular and continued basis. I always give my full, honest, unbiased and unfiltered opinion on everything I review. I will not mince words. I write exactly what I think about things - the good, the bad, the ugly, and the questionable. And, I will update my review if something breaks, stops working as intended, or otherwise doesn't hold up as expected.

The noodle board has some imperfections. I have searched high and low for noodle boards and this actually came up to be reviewed so I got it and it’s beautiful. It’s usable. It fits perfectly on my stove top. It has a slight raised edges in the center and on the side of the top of the board, it was easy to put the handles on but make sure you throw out the little screwdriver thing they give you because it is just a hassle. Use your own Phillips screwdriver. It’s a lot better and much easier to handle. You can use this as a serving tray, you can use this just for looks , which is what I am doing for my stove because I have open concept kitchen dining room area so I want to kinda hide some of those imperfections that’s on top of my glass top and this works perfect for that. The size of the noodle board is 29.5 inches long , it is 22 inches wide and the thickness is 0.8 inch. The handles are 8 inches long.

my daughter has a smaller kitchen, so I ordered this for her. Her husband assembled it since you do need to put the handles on, which is a nice touch to this noodle board. My mother’s noodle board does not have raised handles, but they are rather embedded in the wood.The wood looks like ash wood. It’s a pretty blend of light and dark colors which gives a nice warm look to the kitchen. It made her kitchen look so much richer!These boards are great for providing extra space or making bread. We are not a noodle making family, but are bread makers. So any extra space on bread day is welcomed!
