Ordered these fenders for a large double propane cooker I was building for our church and I didn't like the ones I found at Tractor Supply nor Northern Tools because they were not very sturdy. I read the reviews on these and decided to give them a try and I am so happy I did !These fenders are very well made and thicker than the ones I looked at elsewhere, they in fact so sturdy that I was able to stand on them once welded to my cooker trailer without warping them and I am 6ft 241lbs.The only complaint is that the back skirts come only tack welded on but for myself that wasn't an issue because I am a welder/fabricator. The fenders are heavy enough gauge to take the heat of decently heavy welds without warping nor burning through, as you can see in the third picture where I stich welded the skirts.Overall, these are the best quality fenders I have used for trailers and will now be my go to fenders.

As others have noted, the tack welds could be a bit more substantial but overall these worked very well. That didn’t affect me too much, as when mounting I was able to securely attach them to the surrounding wood. If I was going to use metal sides then the problem would have been fixed by the welder. All in all, I’m pleased with the quality. Painted on some AGS Rust Solutions and they were good to go.

I ordered these fenders knowing my project required welding given my trailer design. As other reviewers have commented the backing/splash plates are poorly attached and required additional welding. The material appears to be adeqiate if you don't plan on using them for a drive over application. That being said, these fenders do not appear as though they would be appropriate for a bolt on situation. Yes I added the need welds to secure them, and yes I installed them without an issue. They seem to be a decent product for the price given what the local trailers shops wanted for a pair of fenders.

Ended up cutting off the front and rear overhangs before I welded them on my converted camper-frame trailer. These are nice and sturdy, easy to weld/bolt, and good steel.But, make sure you paint/coat as soon as you install. I didn't, and now they are very rusty (4 months).

Ordered two fenders and out of the total of six spot welds 4 of them are broken. Need to pay to get welded properly… Junk quality control.

Ordered fender but failed to notice they were sold individually. My fault. When fender arrived, yup, a couple of broken welds but reviews had forewarned of that probability so I was prepared. Otherwise, fender looked great and I was pleased so ordered a second. Second fender arrived also with broken tack welds and a bunch of rust. I sent it back. Third fender had only one broken weld- but even more rust, greasy finger prints and a general look of having been returned once before. Should have kept the second fender. I need to get this project finished so will work with what I've got but... doubt I'll do business here again.

These are pretty heavy-duty fenders and I am pleased with them. I don't think the galvanized coating is very thick and it must be painted soon after installation.

These are UNIVERSAL trailer fenders. THEY WILL require a little work on your part to install them. If you think your just going to buy, paint and bolt them on you are mistaken.The backing plates are lightly tack welded on. Not everyone will need them so they are relatively easy to remove. If you need to use them they will need to be tacked on further. They need to be cleaned very well and then for extra measure I seam sealed them. Did a test fit, cleaned, primed, undercoat them and then top coated them. I will update my pics as I proceed. But these a great fenders for the price.

Nice thick metal and the welding of the skirt were perfect.... amazing product

These came in 4 pieces, as I expected. The rear skirt was held in place with tack welds, so I burrowed a TIG welder and attached them properly. They look great and will last for the life of the trailer.

Product fell apart soon as it came out of the box. Inside wall didn't fit the rim size, was welded with 5 little tacks that all came apart instantly when it was taken out of the box.

Everything fit perfectly,no mods

I like the shape for sure, and the fit also! The lack of welding was a shocker, small contact electric welds, just won't be enough. It is installed on a trailer so I added more weld where I felt it was needed.
