I bought this to use for cold therapy on my swollen knee. It works very well. It fits nicely around my knee and the straps are long so the pack can be held into place very securely. The inside is soft so it's comfortable while it's in place. I can walk around the house with it on without too many problems. Once it comes out of the freezer it stays very cold for approximately 30 minutes, which is enough for me. I like that it comes with a sealable plastic bag to put the wrap in when it goes in the freezer. I much prefer this compared to the wraps with removeable ice-packs: it is much more convenient in my opinion. Also this was about half the price of other similar products on here, and it doesn't feel cheap at all. It feels very well made and well packaged. I like it so much I've ordered a second one!

This knee ice pack works great for icing a sore tired knee. I had 2 surges on the same know within a few weeks and this worked. Easy to put on by yourself and helps relive swelling and knee pain

I bought this for a knee injury and it works pretty well. The pros are that it is large and can bend around my knee, thigh, and calf areas, and the Velcro straps stay secure. The cons are that it only stays cold for about 20 to 30 minutes, it does not wrap snugly around my leg, and condensation tends to build up on the outside as it warms on your leg. It's fine for us purpose but not great.

These are so helpful and convenient. I’m a dance instructor and got shin splints after one of my classes. So I purchased these and they have been so great on my healing journey. They are very durable and super convenient to have when traveling. I don’t have to worry about balancing the ice pack on my shins or knees, and can walk around with them on. It stays cold for a good amount of time and I like the adjustable straps so that it can fit snugly on my leg or when my partner or family members want to use them too!

If you’re getting your wisdom teeth out- this is a life saver! I wore this every 30 minutes on and off for the first three days and had little to no swelling. My doctor told me to switch to a warm compress on day 3 and this is perfect as you can also heat the packs. My jaw was mildly sore but the heat was crucial! Worthy every penny and very reasonably priced. Easily stays put and having four packs makes it easy to make sure you always have ice or heat ready.

What ever the chemical is in this wrap it seems to get a bit too cold, so I have to use extra padding between my foot and the wrap. Also it is a bit difficult to wrap around my foot.

I had arthroscopic knee surgery so I've been using this ice pack a lot. I love the straps and it's a great size. Stays cold about 30 minutes, which is perfect for therapy. Very comfortable lining. I would definitely recommend this to my friends and family.

I used the product to reduce the swelling and pain in my right knee. It works very well. It stays frozen for about 20 minutes before it thaws. It stays in place with the straps. I would buy again.
