Great customer service
I have an older car that is very low and does not have a backup camera. I purchased this camera in hopes of being able to back safely out of parking spots. When I first received it, I struggled with connecting the camera to my phone. I emailed the company and they immediately fixed my issue by sending me a new one. The connection is much better and the picture is great quality. It was easy to mount and makes backing out so much safer. Good customer service is hard to come by these days and I appreciate the prompt support I received.

Not fit for use
Great camera, good user interface, and a nice package.Takes longer than you want to connect but if the battery is charged it works great.ButAfter being turned off it randomly turns back on until the battery dies. The solar panel is not big enough to keep it charged even in direct sunlight.8 days on a road trip. It was never ready to use when I needed it.Too bad.

Issues with Wifi, Iphone 12, Tech support was fast
My husband and I both have Iphone 12's with up to date software. We were unable to maintain a wifi connection with either phone. The set up directions were clear, app easy to install, tech support was prompt and provided good instructions. However, nothing we tried multiple times would maintain the connection. For the few seconds it worked the picture was clear and the app seemed easy enough to use. We are returning, possibly this is a defective product, or there is some software issue.

Cool camera
My car has some area that the backup camera cannot cover, with this camera I can see things clearly and I've even used it to record some cool footage for my vlogs. It is a cool tool. I had it mounted on my license plate in just 10 minutes! It's a nice addition to my car and has significantly improved my driving experience. The wireless connectivity to my device allows me to view the camera feed directly on my tablet.

Disappointing product and a waste of money
This cameras was great for a iut 2 days. Now it won't connect to my phone via the wifi. It just always says wifi lost. I have been in a road trip for 2 weeks amd really was excited to have this camera for more safety while backing up my big camper van. Very disappointing product and a waste of money.
