I balked at the price of this at first, but let me tell you this is SO worth every penny. I originally ordered this for our queen guest bed, but the second I took it out of the package I decided I need to use this daily and it’s now on our couch. Only one side is checkered but both sides are so soft. The size is great for a couch blanket because my husband and I can both wrap ourselves under it with plenty of room. Every time guests come over they comment on how they want to leave our house wrapped in this blanket.We’ve washed it once and I was careful to follow the instructions (cold, gentle cycle, no iron) and it washed well without shrinking or losing its softness. The packaging it comes in is great for gifting and the quality is absolutely something I’d be proud to gift as well.
