Site mislabeling
The item says that it is tinted and when I received the product it was not tinted and the labeling on the product was not the same as what was on the site. This is the second time I have done this with this same product. You need to fix this issue!,

Depending on how my lines are under my eyes, it can work great or just ok & disappointing. It’s probably my eyes, not the product.
