An excellent and well designed training aid but you MUST register it to get instructions.
The one star review absolutely makes sense because there aren't any instructions included with this and the reviewer missed the QR code towards the bottom of the package to register this and get the instructions. That is a mistake of the manufacturer. There really should be a card or paper included INSIDE to let you know this, but there is a QR code you can scan and all the instructional videos are there, including how to set this up, use it, the theory behind it, etc. This is designed to teach you by feel (kinesthetics) how to keep your arms and torso linked as one unit in order to not waste power in your swing by using your arms instead of your torso, which is where most amateurs lose power in their swing. This also teaches you by feel, how to address the ball, keep a certain tilt in your swing, like the pros, etc. The videos describe all of this and once you set this up correctly and do what the videos teach you, this is actually very easy to use.I highly recommend this. It won't cure everything in your swing but this will add yardage AND accuracy in a big way.

You have to use the web site and pay for info
You have to scan the code on the bag and go to a web site on golf instruction and they try to sell you lessons. They may be good but I did not expect to have to pay more.

Structured shoulders
What this aid excels at is structuring the shoulders so you can rotate them along the spine axis and results in good torso rotation.I was able to get pretty solid contact with chippy shots and the sensation definitely makes me feel like the shoulders are fixed so Iām rotating the torso to swing the club. The stick can be adjusted but if you video yourself you can immediately see if your shoulders are aligned with your waist and feet and then see if you are angling your shoulders during the swing. It may be a little hard to put on by yourself but it can help with feel and visualization. I can easier see the separation of the hips and shoulders and can practice rotation with a ball or without. It seems pretty expensive for what it is, but it does two things, holds the alignment stick to your shoulders, and postures your shoulders apart. If you have another stick you can put it through your front belt loops and then see if your swing makes the sticks intersect and have the hips firing first.

Awful! Not impressed.
I gave this item 2 stars because the quality of the pieces is not bad, but using it is uncomfortable. I am not a large guy and even with adjusting the straps, it's not something that you would want to wear long. It came with absolutely no instructions on how to put it on or how to use it. I couldn't even find youtube videos with anyone using it. It's a 'no go' for me.
