Walking pad
Ideal for 110kg guy. Indoor walking at 4.5km to 5.5km per hour is good pace for me. I use it in the garage , I think use in the house could be a bit of a hot workout . The product stands on its end against the wall with the power cable unplugged. The remote is only operational when the handle is stowed flat, with the handle raised the control dial is easy to use and gives feedback of speed and distance.

One of the best investments I've made in myself...
Honestly, I love this product so far and wish I had bought a walking treadmill sooner. I've been using it Monday-Friday during my workday. I've been WFH since the beginning of the pandemic (March 2022), and I put this off as long as possible. My WFH position is mainly sedentary because I spend most of the day processing medical insurance. Working in an office setting, I would get up to stretch my legs, go on breaks, have lunch, and/or mingle with colleagues. It's a different work environment when you work from home every day. I would sit for hours between getting up, and after two years, it took a toll. I was getting bored and sick of being unable to move around until the end of my workday.I use it at least once per workday - if not more. Here is the info everyone needs to know.1). DO NOT LOSE YOUR REMOTE. Like most of the walking treadmills I've found through my searching, it won't work without the remote. So, put it somewhere you can easily get to it and not lose it. It comes with a strap, so you can hang it somewhere if needed.2). The noise level seems normal to me, and it is pretty quiet, per my sister, who lives with me. We both work from home and she is able to move around due to her laptop while I am stationery in the office due to my work desktop setup. She will work downstairs during phone calls and she can barely hear the treadmill even though it is right above her. I usually put on my headphones and listen to a podcast, music, or put on a televison show while I am working and time flies by while I am working. I can easily do 1-2 hours on it a time.3). Speed level goes from 0.5 - 4.0. I started on a 1 - 1.5 and now I walk between 2.5-3.5 everyday and the slower speed seems like it isn't moving now. I haven't walked on level 4 yet, but it seems like it would be almost a slight job at that point. Easy to change speed and pause the machine with the remote. The steps will reset at 10,000 just a FYI.4). Weight limit is 265 pounds. The treadmill is very heavy duty and has wheels to make it move around easier. There are adjustable feet on the end of the treadmill that you will need a wrench for and alot of strength as it took a few trys to get them where I wanted them.Piece of advice make sure you have a good power strip to plug this into as it shorted the breakers at my apartment the first couple times I plugged it in. Tried to downstairs out of the box into an outlet and it went about 2 minutes before it shorted the power. Tried with a cheap power strip (small one from the dollar store) and it did the same thing. Plug it into a good power strip and you should be good to go - mine hasn't had any issues since.I would def recommend this for anyone wanting to get a walking treadmill. I looked for weeks and weeks and went before multiple models before I settled on this and I am beyond happy with my purchase.

Great purchase - love this walking treadmill
I wanted a walking treadmill but felt overwhelmed by all the options available. I read a ton of reviews and ultimately decided to try this one. I am happy to say I had an extremely positive experience! The product arrived quickly, was well packaged, and easy to set up. I am a small woman and got it inside, out of the box, and set up all by myself. The setup was super simple, just take out of box, plug in, add batteries to remote and you're good. Fortunately I had read the other reviews that said you had to turn the power button located at the front of the treadmill on (in addition to pushing start on the remote) so I was completely prepared for that. The package came with a bottle of the lubricant and an adjustor to center the mat, but I haven't needed either yet. I was thrilled when I plugged in the treadmill and realized how very quiet it was. I can easily hear television, music, conversations over it without even having to turn up the volume. I really like this particular model for a bunch of reasons - it has a lower profile, so I can fit under a bed, desk, in a closet, etc. The track is perfectly wide enough for me (and my husband) and the length is great for my super tall teenage son. It's easy to increase or decrease speed or pause the motion with a quick tap of the remote. The best part is this doesn't weigh much, so we can pick it (we tend to pick it up with the mat we purchased and move all at once) and use anywhere in our house. This is great for after dinner when we're just watching tv - I can easily get in 5000 steps while watching an hour of our shows. I checked the dimensions of this and purchased a cheap mat on Amazon to go underneath; works great and we haven't had any issues at all! Since it's cold outside where we live, and I work long hours, this has made a dramatic impact on my health. Very glad I purchased!

PRO TIPS From Everyday User (lost 42 lbs) (know before you buy!)
Fantastic value, no setup required, just power on & go... Here's everything you need to know before buying this under the desk treadmill:1) Max weight limit is 265 lbs. I don't recommend buying if you weigh more than 240, especially if you plan to use everyday. You don't want to stress the motor.2) Don't use directly on carpet. Buy rubber mats for $20. Running the machine directly on top on carpet will overheat the motor. Notice in the picture, I bought the rubber mats and I elevated both ends of the machine by 1.5" (this allows the machine to maintain breathable distance from the floor which is good if you intend on using your machine for more than 45min at a time).3) Don't try to use the machine without a desk or something to rest your hand on. I'm a very coordinated person, however trying to watch TV and walking in place without a table or something to rest your hand on can be dangerous as you can easily forget where the walking tread is and take a mistep.4) Definitely pony up the extra $25 for Amazon's extended warranty... I'm on my second treadmill because I simply overused my last machine and the motor crapped out. Buy this machine with the understanding that if you use it every day for 9-12 months, its bound to crap out on you, thats when you just get another free under warranty.5) You will need to regularly lubricate the machine if you use it ~4 times a week. The rule of thumb is to lube the machine every 30 hours of use. This is very easy to do and only takes 3-5mins but will preserve the longevity of use. You can buy 100% silicone lube spray at the hardware store for like $5-6 however I highly recommend buying "Treadmill Lubricant" on Amazon.6) Always UNPLUG the machine whenever it's not in use.SO FAR, in 7 months of use, I've lost 47 lbs. I'm 5' 11" tall and was weighing 252. Today I weigh 205 lbs and frequently have to buy new clothes to fit my much slimmer body. I bought the machine and lost 7 lbs before I started using it because I didn't want to stress the motor with all my weight. I walk a minimum of 45 min per day on the machine while I work and most days 60-90 minutes (take your time to build up to this). If you minimize the amount of carbs you eat (you have to count) and eat as much protein as you can, the weight will fall right off -- but none of this is easy. There are carbs in EVERYTHING. I try to keep my daily total under 50-60g of carbs per day and eat a minimum of 80g of protein. If you're serious about losing weight and getting healthy, this is the perfect catalyst! Lastly, cut all alcohol consumption to 1 day a week. For every drink you consume, your metabolism comes to a halt for up to 36 hours (just Google it).
