When this product first arrived it was ripped and torn. I was slightly discouraged but I reached out to customer service and they replaced it free of charge. The new bag is in perfect condition all of the zippers work and all of my yard and stuff fits inside. I can get a large amount of yarn and needles in this bag. I’m very happy with my bag as it helps my yarn that tangle and makes completing my projects a whole lot easier.

I wanted to carry either multiple projects or a multi color project. When I first got it I was excited. Even though all the outside pockets just led to one large inside area,I thought it was still pretty cool. Within the month the zippers broke. I didn't even get to carry it around I might have used it 2 or three times . What a waste. It doesn't close..the zippers do not lock...now it's just an expensive shopping bag.

I was super excited to finally find a crochet bag just like I wanted; however, I was super disappointed when it only lasted a month before one side of the strap ripped off and the other side ripped off shortly after. I wouldn’t say I had it loaded down too heavy because all that was in it was 5 skeens of yarn, a pair of scissors, 2 crochet hooks and a project that I had just started. So, needless to say, I’m pretty disappointed.
