The racket came unstrung.
The racket arrived unstrung, and I am not the first person having this issue. The racket itself is in new and great, so I won't return it, but the product description is misleading, and you have to suck it up as a customer if you don't want to return the racket, as there's no way of discussing the issue with Amazon by sending a message and requesting the strings for instance.

A weapon in the hands of a skilled player
This racket is heavy. If you think 20 extra grams doesn't matter much, wait until you swing this thing. It's also stiff and relatively unforgiving. That said, it lets you string for spin and gives you power on top. You really have to be in shape and ready to handle this beast. If not, get the team edition, which is the same but a bit more flex and 20 grams lighter. Suggest stringing at least 53 pounds if not 55 for most players. This racket will do ALL the work for you if you can hit it squarely. It's a pleasure to play with, and you won't go back to a lighter racket after you get used to it. A forehand hitter's dream racket, and solid backhands once you get up to speed. This racket is designed for today's game, and it's far easier to use at the net than you might think. Once you get used to it, you don't notice the extra weight, but you do notice the power.

The racket arrived strung, even though I ordered it without strings, and it also had a dent at the bottom where the strings are attached.

Pro raquet
This is an outstanding racquet used by Rafa Nadal. It is very comfortable to use and definitely worth the money. For me unfortunately my problem is the person that holds it.
