I really want to like the product! I’ve been looking for a formula that is healthier for my eyes and lashes. Unfortunately, when I open the mascara to use it for the first time, it already seemed a little old and clumpy. I checked the expiration date on the bottom, and it seems to have expired three years ago in 2020. Disappointed because I can’t return or exchange this mascara for one that is not expired. As far as I can tell I really like the formulation so I might try to buy it from a local makeup store next time.

I can only get away with "the natural look" when it comes to makeup- this mascara is soft to the feel after applied and one light coat is all I need-perfect for what I was shooting for--highly recommend

I bought this mascara for the conditioning properties, but I haven't used it enough to rate this, but it does not cover well at all at least for thin short lashes. I ordered the dark brown which I hadn't tried before so that might have something to do with it.

I was disappointed. It was supposed to have conditioner in it. It is hard to apply.

Came dry! I have purchased this many times and it’s never been dry. I’m very disappointed. There should also be a date on the mascara, and there isn’t.
