I used 2 free apps
I used 2 apps (OBD Car Doctor and OBD Auto Doctor) with the device; the first to reset the error codes and the second to keep track of the status of the monitors as they came back- neither app does both, at least the free versions. I was able to pinpoint that fine line where enough monitors were reset but no error codes had reappeared.

Helps to pass inspection with emission codes
It helped me pass inspection. I know the codes and when the car is ready for emissions testing.

Three Stars
Slower to transfer data than others that I have had and is bulky. We'll see how long it last.

As Advertised
I bought the device to read and clear codes. Worked as stated. The local WiFi setting slowed me down but was all good. I installed inCarDoc off of App Store. Meets and exceeds my expectation.

I could't get this thing to work
This was a pain in the butt trying to use on my 2004 Ford F250 truck. I went to Auto Zone and they did the diagnostic for me for free. Don;t bother buying this.
