My initial impression is that this is a high quality, easy to use tens/ems machine sold for a very reasonable price. It has all the features one would expect for relief & relaxation, as well as various EMS settings. Has great power & battery life thanks to a large capacity li-ion battery, powered by included USB type C charger.The kit includes a few pairs of 3 different (standard sized) pad types - these snap connector style pads are holding up well so far, staying attached to where I've placed them despite being outside in +90°(F) weather. Also, this machine is compact & small enough that it easily fit in my pocket along with my cell phone.It has a pleasing visual design also ... While I've never minded using bright colored pads, wires or leads, I'll admit I enjoy the all color matched black design of this one- another improvement is the lead wires have attached wire ties to reduce tangling, etc. The kit includes all necessities like leads, USB-C charging cable, 2 pad holders & an info/use card, all fitting nicely in included the hard case.I'd rate this as one of the most powerful, compact sized ones I've used. It seems well designed & although I do have "fancier" ones with touch screen controls, I prefer knowing what the controls do & not accidentally changing the functions.Overall I'm pleased giving 5 ⭐'s for this NEOCARBON brand, powerful, well designed tens/EMS machine & kit!

This is a powerful stimulator. Easy setup, charges quickly (About 2 hours for a usable session). The only awkward thing is that you have to cycle through settings each time you want to select a value for a session. This could be improved with a "save a favorite". Only slightly inconvenient.Comes with several pad sizes. I think some additional suggestions for use would go a long way for user experience. How to place pads, suggested modes for certain outcomes...

I bought this product for my wife after she mentioned how much she loved using a similar device at the chiropractor. This device is not the same thing but is still very effective at working out problem spots on your back. We both love using it while sitting down to watch tv at night. We stick a few pads on the tender spots and let it works its magic while we relax. Some of our friends have mentioned it felt a little too intense for them so take that into consideration.

I love the Neocarbon TENS/ EMS machine for 4 reasons where other units fall short. The Neocarbon comes with its battery already charged. Yay! You can program ports A and B differently to do their own treatments! Love that! Also, the battery will shut itself off, if I forget to do so after use! And its hardy zipper packaging is convenient and keeps it safe for packing. I wish I would have tried this first, however, I now appreciate it much more!

My husband had a serious back injury that required extensive back surgery. He had physical therapy for months. His physical therapists used this device after his therapy. He loved it and helped so much with his pain. Durability, good battery life, excellent value for your money

This works just fine but it seems the screen isnt right. Touching it even a little turns it black like its not going to work anymore. Seems to move inside the casing too. Bummer. I got this when i lost my first one. That one didnt do this. Bummer

Works well with a large number of settings. Simple to use and comes with good little card showing proper placement of pads. I have neck and shoulders that knot up regularly so have this very portable rechargeable device is perfect solution. Recommended.

Had to replace my old tens machine. This one out did it's self, get quality, lots of pads and different sizes. Battery seems to have a large amount of storage. I have been using it for almost 2 weeks everyday for 20 to 30 minutes and I have only had to charge it once.

It works great and I expect it to continue working great for many years. Here's to the Tens working well forever.

Never used one of these before and this came reccomended from a friend so I gave it a shot.The device comes in a nice hard shell carry case with everything you need. Different sized pads (a plus) as well as a place to stick them when you are not using them. Many options and they all work. My only issue with the device itself is minor.There is a non-dimmable backlight which, while goes off after a few seconds, is super bright especially if you use it at night. Also the keys are tactile but very clicky loud. Softer keypads would be appreciated. Also there is no way to go back one setting/mode. You have to cycle all the way through. These are my only 2 issues with an otherwise amazing unit

This product is absolutely sick, it is the best tens machine I've ever owned!I highly recommend it!!!
