Special Needs Swim Diaper - Reusable Swim Diapers (XS-Size 6/8-Waist:17-24"; Weight: 40-58 pds, Black)

My 6 y/o son has Down Syndrome and weighs 68#! He's still toilet training and has grown out of all OTC options for swim diapers, so this swim diaper is a miracle! The leg holes are just tight enough to keep poop and quite a bit of urine in while still comfortable. Cleaning out accidents is quick & easy since it's non-absorbent and gets you back to swimming fast. I got white to look like swim short lining/tightie whities, though after a few washings it turn a little dingy gray.Love them love them love them!!

Bought for my 6 year old that has outgrown disposable swim diapers. He weighs 55# and I doubt he'll be in this size next year even though the poundage goes to 70 some pounds. His thighs are big and we'll need to go bigger next time. Have used a few times this summer and worked well, he didn't stool in them but they fit snug enough that it should not be an issue if he does. Washed well, soft elastic and thin polyester inner lining. Will buy again with next size up.

My child is SN and 9 and wears large girl's sizes. I used the chart for pounds that posted and was sent an adult small. It was way too large. I believe the package was probably mislabeled. The measurements I went by sent her an extra small child. The elastic around the legs were too tight and left marks just trying on. (She is not a plus size child.)We tried the size small child and it was better but still slightly tight at the legs. I am not purchasing another pair to try the next size up. This is disappointing to have to purchase three pair at $24.95 each and not be able to get the right size. The quality seemed great and easy to wash similar to swimsuit bottoms.

I got these Swim Diapers for my 12 yr old grandson, that weighs 79lbs and is 4'8". I purchased the Large size and they fit him great around the waist, and the legs. It did not leave extream pressure marks around the stomach, or with in the legs.He wears them once a week for swimming at school. We wash them after each time of wearing, they have not faded or stretched out since our purchase in October of 2016.I like these better than other swim diapers that I had purchased, and paid more for from a medical supplier. The other ones cost more, and were bulky, and the size was smaller than what I had thought. I am pleased that I found the special needs swim diaper.I feel like these will last a while. I also will purchase more.I also like the fact that they do come in different colors, and fit nicely under his swim shorts.I like how when I take him to the bathroom, or even after changing him when done swimming they do not stick to the skin compared to the other brand I had purchased.I would highly recommend these for anyone that needs swim diapers (underwear is what I call them :) for great protection, and comfort.

I am very impressed with this seller because I was expecting it to be a week or two and it came in two or three days. My son is 7 and has autism and significant disabilities. I take him swimming all the time and this fits nicely on him. He is 4 feet tall and around 58 pounds. I do put another disposable swim diaper underneath for extra protection but the two together work well. Will be repurchasing again.

My special needs client needed swimmers she could not fit in any larger ones found these and love them. Great product I use for potty training as well. Ypur child or adult doesn't need to be special needs. I got one for my 7 month old granddaughter to. Excellent product

I bought this product because my very large 4 year old son was required to wear a swim diaper for swim class. He is 4' and 58 pounds. The Small did the trick. Unlike other swim diapers this one holds in liquid which is neither here nor there for us, but nice to know! It also fits under his swim trunks and is not visible--not bulky. Also, this has been washed in cold and hung to dry every day for 10 days straight and it looks brand new still. Well worth the price!

They seemed really nice, I liked the fabric -but i had to end up returning them. I was excited to find some for our 6 year old special needs son... unfortunately they were WAY too tight on his waist :/ I am still in search of ones that fit him right! The bigger he gets, the harder it is to find swim and normal diapers that fit him.

The product is great. The waist seems to be a bit small. I know it has to be somewhat snug to keep potential contents inside but I doubt the size I got would fit a29" waist. I just wish the shipping wasn't so exorbitant. I bought it out of desperation for that reason. Only when I couldn't find something else that was suitable did I cave and pay the price. It's nothing against the product itself as the product is great

Great product and good quality. Shipped within the specified period.Did not see the choice of different colours when placing the order, may have to look into that next time I order.

Fits as expected and hold everything in BUT if a bowl movement is made it is likely garbage as it will get stuck in elastic 👎🏻

It’s great, but the sizing is incorrect, so one star loss. My son is about 55 lb and it fits him well. I highly doubt it still will when he’s at the top weight range listed.
