I tried Liposomal Berberine 1500mg for improving my digestion and metabolism. Very easy to swallow and never had problem with bad taste in mouth nor stomach problem. Surprisingly, I felt this product functionally reduced my appetite and I could better control what I ate. Compared to other berberine product, this one has a good value for money. I did feel I had better energy while taking it. Good product!

I was pleasantly surprised to find that this Berberine supplement really packs a punch in its highly concentrated form, making one a day all that you need. The little gel caps go down easily, and the supplement effectively suppresses my appetite and reduces my cravings. My stomach did not feel like it was in knots or upset, as with some of the other Berberine brands I’ve tried. I also look and feel less bloated, while feeling more energetic. I believe this is a high-quality berberine supplement, and I will be buying again soon!

I decided to jump on the Berberine bandwagon after hearing about it being a natural alternative to weight loss drugs, and a good health supplement in general. I have tried a few different brands and I like that this one delivers 1500 MG in one tablet that's easy to swallow. So it's a "once a day" supplement that's easy to fit into my routine and I've been more consistent. I hear that berberine consistency is key to results, and so far I'm only a few months in so in terms of actual "weight loss" effects, jury is out. But I do feel more full and less cravings in general, especially around the 3pm timeframe which is when I tend to eat snacks that I don't need! Will post update when I've had longer using this.

This is my first time using this product. It arrived quickly. I did notice it gave me more energy and helped with my digestion issues. Only giving 4 stars right now as I have to admit haven’t been taking it regularly but am committed to being better at it as I would like to see if it will help with my cravings as others have stated. It was odorless and easy to swallow which is great because I am not a great pill taken.

This is a great product! It's the perfect strength and offers many benefits. I work out daily and can definitely tell if I haven't taken it. It gives me an energy boost and helps with my appetite as well. Great value for the money and I will continue to take this product on a daily basis.

I have only been taking this for about 3 weeks and I immediately felt more energetic/alert and can tell when I miss a day. I feel less bloated not sure if it’s because I’m taking this supplement but I do feel like it improved after a week of taking. They are easy to take and tasteless. I believe they are good quality and will be buying again soon!

So I started taking this for a few days. I started feeling weird with stomach issues and it didn’t cross my mind that it could be related to this since I just started and I had low expectations. I kept thinking what I was feeling seemed familiar, bc it felt like a stomach pain I had before and just in general I felt bad but didn’t think at all it could be this. I was running things in my head trying to figure out a time when I had felt this pain in stomach before. It then dawned on me. I’m having all of the exact side effects I had on Ozempic! This zaps your appetite. Unfortunately I had to stop Ozempic bc of these same side effects that I was now experiencing on this Berberine, which tells me this no doubt is Ozempic in a bottle. It took 3 days for my symptoms to start. I startedOff taking two of these so if you are sensitive to Ozempic start slow with this just like the shots. Unfortunately this stomach pain I get is unbearable for me. I think ozempic caused me to get pancreatitis bc I was so ill bc I kept trying to stay on it bc I wanted it to work, until I just got way too ill . I’m am NOT saying anything Bad about this at all! I’m onlyMentioning my experience to let everyone know this is legit and works and I am still amazed bc I did not expect this to do much at all!!!! I highly recommend anyone considering Ozempic to start here first!!! Or to try this instead if you can no longer afford ozempic bc the ingredients work. I was on name brand Ozempic, and this caused me to feel the exact same way and kills appetite completely. IT WILL WORK FOR SOMEONE WHO IS NOT AS SENSITIVE TO THE GPL1’s as I am. I think I am just prone to pancreatitis bc I had an Aunt who had chronic pancreatic issues so I’m sure that’s why I can’t use it. This is worth a try before you waist your money on Ozempic. If you tolerate this then you can properly easily switch to Ozempic if this stops working. I really hope to come back here and see someone have amazing results with weight loss!!!
