After charging and washing my Juicecup glass container and blade base, I made my first protein+fruit smoothie using frozen berry blend, powdered nonfat milk, a Tbsp of peanut butter and added a smidgen of sweet flavoring (sugar) and water to assist in blending of ingredients. After each blend, I shook and after 2x, I opened and sampled a most delicious smoothie. This Juicecup is not only inexpensive, it works fantastically. Cleaning the glass container and blade base was almost effortless. First experience was phenomenal.On another note, I was not only challenged but was also entertained with the itty bitty round sticker titled “Warm Tips”. The letters were so tiny that even one who possess 20/20 vision would have difficulty reading the text. I attempted several approaches to improve the clarity of the text. Yet even after removing and placing sticker on window pane, I was still unable to read it. Thankfully after placing the container on a white table, the black text became legible enough to enable me to read it. But, being unsure of what “warm tips” were, I did online search to find they were called “warm” because hot meant there was a high potential for danger unless the tips were followed. I’m still contemplating why these tips were considered warm, rather than hot, as it is noted that it is “forbidden” for the user to touch the blade base. I’m contemplating this, yet still I am very pleased with the Juicecup and would recommend to a conscientious person because of the open blade base.

Looks great. Good for one person. Good value for the price.

I used this to mix my protein powder with coconut milk at the office. Spins a couple times and stops, shake by hand and spins once and stops. I end up just shaking by hand. I would like to add fruit or ice, but there is no way it could handle it

I absolutely love this small blender. It's so easy to use and wash. It's the perfect size for my use. I also love the color (pink).
